所有陪彼得一起来的割礼派的信徒，看见所赐的圣灵也被倾注在外邦人身上，都十分惊讶，

所有陪彼得一起來的割禮派的信徒，看見所賜的聖靈也被傾注在外邦人身上，都十分驚訝，

奉割禮之信徒、偕彼得而來者、因聖神之賜、亦注於異邦人、則皆駭異、

受割禮之門徒、偕彼得同來者、見聖神之賜、亦注於異邦人、皆奇異之、

與伯鐸祿偕來之信徒、割禮中人也；見聖神之恩賜、亦傾注於異邦人之身、殊為詫異、

彼得就请他们进去住宿。次日，他起身和他们同去，还有约帕的几个弟兄跟他一起去。

彼得对他们说：“你们各人要悔改，奉耶稣基督的名受洗，使你们的罪得赦免，就会领受所赐的圣灵。

所以，你们要记得：从前你们按肉体是外邦人，是“没受割礼的”；这名字是那些凭人手在肉身上“受割礼的人”所取的。

我们生来就是犹太人，不是外邦罪人；

我一开始讲话，圣灵就降在他们身上，正像当初降在我们身上一样。我就想起主的话如何说：‘约翰用水施洗，但你们要在圣灵里受洗。’既然上帝给他们恩赐，像在我们信主耶稣基督的时候给了我们一样，我是谁，能拦阻上帝吗？”众人听见这些话，就不说话了，只归荣耀给上帝，说：“这样看来，上帝也赐恩给外邦人，使他们悔改得生命了。”

你们从前在过犯和未受割礼的肉体中死了，上帝却赦免了你们一切的过犯，使你们与基督一同活过来，涂去了在律例上所写、敌对我们、束缚我们的字据，把它撤去，钉在十字架上。

既然基督为我们成了诅咒，就把我们从律法的诅咒中赎出来。因为经上记着：“凡挂在木头上的都是受诅咒的。”这是要使亚伯拉罕的福，因着基督耶稣临到外邦人，使我们能因信得着所应许的圣灵。

他既被高举在上帝的右边，又从父受了所应许的圣灵，就把你们所看见所听见的，浇灌下来。

这奥秘在以前的世代没有让人知道，像如今藉着圣灵向他的圣使徒和先知启示一样，就是外邦人在基督耶稣里，藉着福音，得以同为后嗣，同为一体，同为蒙应许的人。我作了这福音的仆役，是照着上帝的恩赐，是照他运行的大能赐给我的。虽然我比众圣徒中最小的还小，他还赐我这恩典，让我把基督那测不透的丰富传给外邦人，

说：“你竟进入未受割礼之人当中，和他们一同吃饭！”
