but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.

“ He accepts people from every nation. He accepts anyone who has respect for him and does what is right.

but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.

In every nation he accepts those who fear him and do what is right.

but in every nation the person who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.

but in every nation the one who fears Him and does what is right is acceptable to Him.

But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.

[ A] devout[ man], and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond[ nor] free: but Christ[ is] all, and in all.

By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD[ men] depart from evil.

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and[ be] not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard,[ and] which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church:Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;[ Even] the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:To whom God would make known what[ is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

The fear of the LORD[ is] the beginning of knowledge:[ but] fools despise wisdom and instruction.

And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail,[ thou that art] highly favoured, the Lord[ is] with thee: blessed[ art] thou among women.

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition[ between us];Having abolished in his flesh the enmity,[ even] the law of commandments[ contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man,[ so] making peace;And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that[ is] wisdom; and to depart from evil[ is] understanding.

For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether[ we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether[ we be] bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

( For not the hearers of the law[ are] just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

Even the righteousness of God[ which is] by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this[ is] the whole[ duty] of man.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

The fear of the LORD[ is] the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do[ his commandments]: his praise endureth for ever.

They sacrifice flesh[ for] the sacrifices of mine offerings, and eat[ it; but] the LORD accepteth them not; now will he remember their iniquity, and visit their sins: they shall return to Egypt.

Which is come unto you, as[ it is] in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as[ it doth] also in you, since the day ye heard[ of it], and knew the grace of God in truth:

Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I[ am] a dry tree.For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose[ the things] that please me, and take hold of my covenant;Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices[ shall be] accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather[ others] to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.

Surely his salvation[ is] nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

The fear of the LORD[ is] clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD[ are] true[ and] righteous altogether.

That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

[ Is he] the God of the Jews only?[ is he] not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:Seeing[ it is] one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee[ shall be] his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither[ is that] circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:But he[ is] a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision[ is that] of the heart, in the spirit,[ and] not in the letter; whose praise[ is] not of men, but of God.

For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
