所以我立時打發人去請你。你來了很好；現今我們都在神面前，要聽主所吩咐你的一切話。」

不可忘記用愛心接待客旅；因為曾有接待客旅的，不知不覺就接待了天使。

說：「我主啊，請你們到僕人家裏洗洗腳，住一夜，清早起來再走。」他們說：「不！我們要在街上過夜。」羅得切切地請他們，他們這才進去，到他屋裏。羅得為他們預備筵席，烤無酵餅，他們就吃了。

你們要互相款待，不發怨言。

呂大原與約帕相近；門徒聽見彼得在那裏，就打發兩個人去見他，央求他說：「快到我們那裏去，不要躭延。」

我們留心行光明的事，不但在主面前，就在人面前也是這樣。

所以我被請的時候，就不推辭而來。現在請問：你們叫我來有甚麼意思呢？」

其實我有糧草可以餵驢，我與我的妾，並我的僕人，有餅有酒，並不缺少甚麼。」老年人說：「願你平安！你所需用的我都給你，只是不可在街上過夜。」於是領他們到家裏，餵上驢，他們就洗腳吃喝。
