拉班说：“你这蒙耶和华赐福的，请进来吧，为什么站在外面呢？我已经收拾好了房间，也为骆驼预备了地方。”那人就进了拉班的家。拉班卸了骆驼，拿粮草和饲料给骆驼吃，又拿水给那人和与他同来的人洗脚。

所以我立刻派人去请你，现在你来了，好极了！我们都在神面前，要听主吩咐你的一切话。”

不要忘了用爱心接待人，有人就是这样作，在无意中就款待了天使。

说：“我主啊，请你们到仆人的家里住一夜，洗洗你们的脚，清早起来再赶路。”他们回答：“不，我们要在街上过夜。”但由于罗得再三的请求，他们才肯跟他回去，进了他的家。罗得为他们预备了筵席，烤了无酵饼，他们就吃了。

你们要互相接待，不发怨言。

吕大靠近约帕，门徒听说彼得在那边，就派两个人去求他，说：“请到我们那边去，不要耽延！”

因为我们努力去作的，不仅是主认为是美的事，也是众人认为是美的事。

所以我一被邀请，就毫不推辞地来了。现在请问：你们请我来是为什么事？”

其实我有粮草、有饲料，可以喂驴；我和我的妾，以及与你的仆人在一起的那个青年人，都有饼和酒吃喝，一无所缺。”那老年人说：“愿你平安，你所缺乏的，由我负责好了；只是不可在广场上过夜。”于是把他领到自己的家里，用饲料喂了驴，他们洗了脚，就吃喝起来。
