于是彼得下去见那些人，说：“我就是你们所找的人。你们来是为什么缘故？”

於是伯鐸祿下樓、出見曰：『予即汝所覓者、汝來何為？』

Peter went down and said to the men,“ I’m the one you’re looking for. Why have you come?”

Peter went down and spoke to the men.“ I’m the one you’re looking for,” he said.“ Why have you come?”

And Peter went down to the men and said,“ I am the one you are looking for. What is the reason for your coming?”

So Peter went down and said,“ I’m the man you are looking for. Why have you come?”

Then Peter went down to the men and said,“ Here I am, the one you’re looking for. What is the reason you’re here?”

Peter went down to the men and said,“ Behold, I am the one you are looking for; what is the reason for which you have come?”

Then Peter went down to the men who had been sent to him from Cornelius, and said,“ Yes, I am he whom you seek. For what reason have you come?”

And Peter went down to the men, and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come?

Then Peter went down to the men and said,“ Here I am, the one you’re looking for. What is the reason you’re here?”

Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what[ is] the cause wherefore ye are come?

So Peter went down to the men and said,“ Here I am, the person you’re looking for. Why have you come?”

Peter went down to the men, and said,“ Behold, I am he whom you seek. Why have you come?”

“ What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him. The blind man said,“ Rabbi, I want to see.” (niv)

So when I was sent for, I came without raising any objection. May I ask why you sent for me?” (niv)

Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked,“ What do you want?” They said,“ Rabbi”( which means“ Teacher”),“ where are you staying?”“ Come,” he replied,“ and you will see.” So they went and saw where he was staying, and they spent that day with him. It was about four in the afternoon. (niv)

Jesus, knowing all that was going to happen to him, went out and asked them,“ Who is it you want?”“ Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied.“ I am he,” Jesus said.( And Judas the traitor was standing there with them.)When Jesus said,“ I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground.Again he asked them,“ Who is it you want?”“ Jesus of Nazareth,” they said.Jesus answered,“ I told you that I am he. If you are looking for me, then let these men go.” (niv)
