would not God have discovered it, since he knows the secrets of the heart? (niv)

Death and Destruction lie open before the Lord— how much more do human hearts! (niv)

I know, my God, that you test the heart and are pleased with integrity. All these things I have given willingly and with honest intent. And now I have seen with joy how willingly your people who are here have given to you. (niv)

While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said,“ Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off. (niv)
