“ The Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob,” Says the Lord.“ As for Me,” says the Lord,“ this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the Lord,“ from this time and forevermore.”

Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God,

having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,

And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.

Now it came to pass, when the time had come for Him to be received up, that He steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem,

I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.”

Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.

who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.

Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.

For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

Therefore He says:“ When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.”( Now this,“ He ascended”— what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)

“ Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.

But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves.

“ The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;

What then if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before?

“ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’”

“ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.”’

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants— things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John,

who also said,“ Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

Him God raised up on the third day, and showed Him openly,not to all the people, but to witnesses chosen before by God, even to us who ate and drank with Him after He arose from the dead.And He commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that it is He who was ordained by God to be Judge of the living and the dead.

“ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’

And He said to them,“ Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.

Paul, an apostle( not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised Him from the dead),

Jesus said to her,“ Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them,‘ I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’”

Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

“ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.”’

This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil,where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

Then the apostles gathered to Jesus and told Him all things, both what they had done and what they had taught.

Jesus answered them,“ Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?”

“ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’

The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.His delight is in the fear of the Lord, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;

And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.Then He said to them,“ Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.And you are witnesses of these things.Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high.”

Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach,and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:Simon, to whom He gave the name Peter;James the son of Zebedee and John the brother of James, to whom He gave the name Boanerges, that is,“ Sons of Thunder”;Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Cananite;and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him. And they went into a house.

When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.

And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.

And when it was day, He called His disciples to Himself; and from them He chose twelve whom He also named apostles:Simon, whom He also named Peter, and Andrew his brother; James and John; Philip and Bartholomew;Matthew and Thomas; James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon called the Zealot;Judas the son of James, and Judas Iscariot who also became a traitor.

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.

And when they had entered, they went up into the upper room where they were staying: Peter, James, John, and Andrew; Philip and Thomas; Bartholomew and Matthew; James the son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot; and Judas the son of James.

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior,

For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.

“ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.”’
