爾已允我脫於兕角、祈拯我出於獅口兮、

兄弟乎、我欲爾知、我所遭之事、適以廣福音之傳、致我緣基督而受之縲絏、徧揚於御營、以及各方、且使宗主之兄弟、多因我縲絏、益毅然宣上帝道而無懼、

主曰、往哉、彼乃我選之器、以播我名於異邦人、及諸王、並以色列民、

又曰、耶和華既援我於獅之爪、熊之掌、亦必援我於此非利士人之手、掃羅曰、往哉、耶和華必與爾偕、

其人以信而服諸國、行公義、得應許、箝獅口、

我之上帝遣其使箝獅口俾不傷我、以我於其前無罪、在王前亦未行不善也、

是夜、主立其旁曰、安爾心、爾既證我於耶路撒冷、亦必如是證於羅馬、○

我聞眾謗、隨在驚惶、我之密友望我顚越、咸曰訟之、予亦訟之、或彼受誘、予則勝之、以復予仇、惟耶和華偕我、如可畏之勇士、窘迫我者必顚越、而不獲勝、蒙極大之羞、受永久不忘之辱、以其行事不智也、

耶和華曰、若蚓之雅各、以色列人歟、勿懼、我必助爾、救贖爾者、乃以色列之聖者也、

勿畏葸、以我偕爾、勿恇怯、以我為爾上帝、我必鞏固爾、輔助爾、以我公義之右手扶持爾、

蓋彼必立貧人之右、救其脫於行鞫之人兮、

我將使爾於斯民、為鞏固之銅垣、彼必攻爾而不勝、蓋我與爾偕、以拯爾也、耶和華言之矣、我必拯爾於惡者之手、贖爾於暴者之手、

蓋我將賜爾才辯智慧、爾諸仇不能抵拒辯駁也、

我在聖徒中、乃微之又微者、尚蒙此恩、俾以基督莫測之富有宣諸異邦、

感謝以能賜我者、我主基督耶穌是也、彼視我為忠、任我以職、

義者之拯救、由於耶和華、在患難時、彼為其保障兮、耶和華助之援之、脫諸惡人、因其託庇於彼、乃拯救之兮、

主知拯虔者於試中、而留不義者於刑下、以待鞫日、

彼施拯救、在天在地、行神蹟奇事、今救但以理脫於獅勢、

夜、主於異象中、語保羅曰、勿懼、宜言勿默、蓋我偕爾、無人擊爾害爾、因我有多民於此邑也、

付爾時、勿慮何以言、何所言、屆時必賜爾以何言也、

我在安提阿以哥念路司得所遇諸事、所受窘逐、主悉救我於其中、

惟上帝能堅爾眾、依我福音、及所宣之耶穌基督、並依所啟之奧秘、即自永古存於靜默者、今依永有上帝之命、藉諸先知之書昭著、以示萬國、致因信而服、

我將拯爾於斯民、及異邦中、即今遣爾就之者、俾啟其目、使之離暗就光、脫撒但之權、而歸上帝、致得罪赦、同獲因信成聖之業、

蓋我所屬所事之上帝、其使昨夜立於我側、曰、保羅勿懼、爾必立於該撒之前、且上帝悉以同舟者賜爾、

我責爾子、乃徒然也、彼不受教、爾刃如猛獅、吞噬爾先知、

主曰、吾恩於爾足矣、我之能於弱者而成全之、故我欣然、寧誇我弱、使基督之能庇我、

暴君制貧民、如咆哮之獅、覓食之熊、
