The LORD’s commands are pure and give insight for life.The commands to fear the LORD are right and endure forever. The judgments given by the LORD are trustworthy and absolutely just.They are of greater value than gold, than even a great amount of pure gold; they bring greater delight than honey, than even the sweetest honey from a honeycomb.Yes, your servant finds moral guidance there; those who obey them receive a rich reward.

How can a young person maintain a pure life? By guarding it according to your instructions!

Preach the message, be ready whether it is convenient or not, reprove, rebuke, exhort with complete patience and instruction.

For the commandments are like a lamp, instruction is like a light, and rebukes of discipline are like the road leading to life,

In my heart I store up your words, so I might not sin against you.

O how I love your law! Your instructions are a doorway through which light shines. They give insight to the untrained.

The LORD’s spirit spoke through me; his word was on my tongue.

The person who hears the reproof that leads to life is at home among the wise.
