不过我们有这宝物在瓦器里，为要显明这极大的能力是出于神，不是出于我们。

就算我耽延了，你也可以知道在神的家里应该怎样行事。这家是永生神的教会，是真理的柱石和根基。

伯沙撒酒酣之时，吩咐人把他先王尼布甲尼撒从耶路撒冷的圣殿中取走的金银器皿带来，好让王和他的大臣们、妻子们、妃嫔们都用这些来喝酒。

你们难道不知道自己就是神的圣所，而且神的灵住在你们里面吗？如果有人毁坏神的圣所，神就要毁坏这个人，因为神的圣所是圣洁的，这圣所就是你们。

他对委任他的那一位是忠心的，正如摩西在神的全家也是忠心的。事实上，这个人被看为比摩西配得更大的荣耀，就像建造房屋的人比房屋本身更有尊荣那样，因为每一座房屋都是由人建造的，而建造万有的就是神。摩西是做为仆人，对神的全家忠心，为将被述说的事做见证；但基督是做为儿子，忠心管理神的家。如果我们持守所确信的和所夸耀的盼望，我们就是神的家。
