The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful people who will be able to teach others also.

And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.

You have heard me teach in front of many witnesses. Pass on to people you can trust the things you’ve heard me say. Then they will be able to teach others also.

and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.

You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.

What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

And the things which thou hast heard from me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

And entrust what you heard me say in the presence of many others as witnesses to faithful people who will be competent to teach others as well.

The things which you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit the same things to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.

Hold on to the example of sound words which you have heard from me, in the faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.Protect, through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, the treasure which has been entrusted to you.

In pointing out these things to the brothers and sisters, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, constantly nourished on the words of the faith and of the good doctrine which you have been following.

Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and for which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

For this reason I left you in Crete, that you would set in order what remains and appoint elders in every city as I directed you,namely, if any man is beyond reproach, the husband of one wife, having children who believe, not accused of indecent behavior or rebellion.For the overseer must be beyond reproach as God’s steward, not self willed, not quick tempered, not overindulging in wine, not a bully, not greedy for money,but hospitable, loving what is good, self controlled, righteous, holy, disciplined,holding firmly the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict it.

“ And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God which is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges so that they may judge all the people who are in the province beyond the Euphrates River, that is, all those who know the laws of your God; and you may teach anyone who is ignorant of them.

This command I entrust to you, Timothy, my son, in accordance with the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you fight the good fight,

In this case, moreover, it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy.

A wicked messenger falls into adversity, But a faithful messenger brings healing.

I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has strengthened me, because He considered me faithful, putting me into service,

But I will raise up for Myself a faithful priest who will do according to what is in My heart and My soul; and I will build him an enduring house, and he will walk before My anointed always.

You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them,

My eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me; One who walks in a blameless way is one who will serve me.

For Ezra had firmly resolved to study the Law of the Lord and to practice it, and to teach His statutes and ordinances in Israel.

just as you learned it from Epaphras, our beloved fellow bond servant, who is a faithful servant of Christ on our behalf,

then I put Hanani my brother, and Hananiah the commander of the citadel, in charge of Jerusalem, for he was a faithful man and feared God more than many.

An overseer, then, must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, self controlled, respectable, hospitable, skillful in teaching,not overindulging in wine, not a bully, but gentle, not contentious, free from the love of money.He must be one who manages his own household well, keeping his children under control with all dignity( but if a man does not know how to manage his own household, how will he take care of the church of God?),and not a new convert, so that he will not become conceited and fall into condemnation incurred by the devil.And he must have a good reputation with those outside the church, so that he will not fall into disgrace and the snare of the devil.Deacons likewise must be men of dignity, not insincere, not prone to drink much wine, not greedy for money,but holding to the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience.

And Jesus said to them,“ Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like a head of a household, who brings out of his treasure new things and old.”

He was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was in all His house.For He has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by just so much as the builder of the house has more honor than the house.

Behold, I have told you in advance.

It is not this way for My servant Moses; He is faithful in all My household;

Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brothers so that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

Do not lay hands upon anyone too quickly and thereby share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin.
