并且亲手劳苦做工。被人辱骂，我们就祝福；被人逼迫，我们就容忍；

我在你们那里有缺乏的时候，也没有成为任何人的负担，因为从马其顿省来的弟兄们补足了我的缺乏。在一切事上我都留意，不让自己成为你们的负担，将来也会留意。

你们自己也知道，我这双手供应了我和与我在一起之人的需要。

她照看家中事务，从不吃闲饭。
