其实这不法的奥秘已经在做工，只是要等到那现在拦阻他的不在其中，

那不法之「祕密」是已在運用動力的。不過這必須等那現在還抑制他的從中間被處置了，

其實這不法的奧祕已經在做工，只是要等到那現在攔阻他的不在其中，

蓋不法之隱慝已萌、惟今有阻之者、迨其見除時、

不要讓人藉着故作謙虛和敬拜天使奪去你們的獎賞。這等人拘泥在所見過的幻象，隨着自己的慾望無故地自高自大，不緊隨元首；其實，由於他全身藉着關節筋絡才得到滋養，互相聯絡，靠上帝所賜的成長而成長。既然你們與基督同死而脫離了世上粗淺的學說，為甚麼仍像生活在世俗中一樣，去服從那「不可拿、不可嘗、不可摸」等類的規條呢？

敬虔的奧祕是公認為偉大的：上帝在肉身顯現，被聖靈稱義，被天使看見，被傳於外邦，被世人信服，被接在榮耀裏。
