亦以我福音召爾、得與吾主耶穌基督之榮、

為此天主亦以我所傳之福音召爾、欲爾得我主耶穌基督之榮、

其召爾也、以吾儕之傳福音為因緣、而以爾等得沾吾主耶穌基督之光榮為目的。

He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if not, I would have told you. I am going away to prepare a place for you.If I go away and prepare a place for you, I will come back and receive you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also.

The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and His slaves will serve Him.They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.Night will no longer exist, and people will not need lamplight or sunlight, because the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign forever and ever.

and if children, also heirs— heirs of God and coheirs with Christ— seeing that we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.

The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, because God’s glory illuminates it, and its lamp is the Lamb.
