Seeing[ it is] a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

神既是公义的，就必将患难报应那加患难给你们的人，

既然上帝是公义的，他必以患难报复那加患难给你们的人，

既然神是公义的，他必以患难报复那加患难给你们的人，

上帝是公义的，祂必以患难来报应那些迫害你们的人。

神既然是公义的，主耶稣和他有能力的天使从天上显现在火焰中的时候，就使你们这些受灾难的人，可以和我们同享安息；却以灾难报应那些把灾难加给你们的人。

神既然真是公义的，当主耶稣与他有大能的天使们一起从天上显现的时候，他就要以患难回报那些加患难给你们的人，

神既然是公義的，主耶穌和他有能力的天使從天上顯現在火燄中的時候，就使你們這些受災難的人，可以和我們同享安息；卻以災難報應那些把災難加給你們的人。

因為上帝所看為公義的就是：當主耶穌從天上同他有能力的天使在火燄中顯示出來時將患難報應那加患難給你們的人，而將鬆息還報你們、連同我們、受患難緊逼的人、

神既然真是公義的，當主耶穌與他有大能的天使們一起從天上顯現的時候，他就要以患難回報那些加患難給你們的人，

蓋以苦報夫苦爾者、以偕我之安報爾受苦者、乃上帝之義也、

上帝至公、人苦爾者、報之以苦、

天主乃公義、凡以苦加爾者、天主必以苦報之、

故今之加爾以困辱者、天主亦將報之以困辱；

God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you

God is fair. He will pay back trouble to those who give you trouble.

since indeed God considers it just to repay with affliction those who afflict you,

In his justice he will pay back those who persecute you.

since it is just for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you

For after all it is only right for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you,

since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you,

if so be that it is a righteous thing with God to recompense affliction to them that afflict you,

since it is righteous for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.

Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.But the LORD is my defence; and my God[ is] the rock of my refuge.And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness;[ yea], the LORD our God shall cut them off.

And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD[ am] thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh;[ and that] with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.Rejoice, O ye nations,[ with] his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land,[ and] to his people.

For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.

And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

For true and righteous[ are] his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Rejoice over her,[ thou] heaven, and[ ye] holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for[ thou] only[ art] holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

Wherefore should the heathen say, Where[ is] their God? let him be known among the heathen in our sight[ by] the revenging of the blood of thy servants[ which is] shed.Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to die;And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord.

But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
