使你們的信心既被考驗，就比那被火試煉仍然能壞的金子更顯寶貴，可以在耶穌基督顯現的時候得着稱讚、榮耀、尊貴。雖然你們沒有見過他，卻是愛他；如今雖看不見，你們卻因信他而有說不出來、滿有榮光的喜樂，

我常為你們感謝我的上帝，因上帝在基督耶穌裏所賜給你們的恩惠。

你們知道我們主耶穌基督的恩典：他本是富足，卻為你們成了貧窮，好使你們因他的貧窮而成為富足。

並且得以在他裏面，不是有自己因律法而得的義，而是有信基督的義，就是基於信，從上帝而來的義，

亞伯拉罕必要成為強大的國；地上的萬國都必因他得福。

使他們都合而為一。正如父你在我裏面，我在你裏面，使他們也在我們裏面，好讓世人信是你差我來的。你所賜給我的榮耀，我已賜給他們，使他們合而為一，像我們合而為一。我在他們裏面，你在我裏面，使他們完完全全合而為一，讓世人知道是你差我來的，也知道你愛他們，如同愛我一樣。父啊，我在哪裏，願你所賜給我的人也同我在哪裏，使他們看見你所賜給我的榮耀，因為創世以前，你已經愛我了。公義的父啊，世人未曾認識你，我卻認識你，這些人也知道是你差我來的。我已讓他們認識你的名，還要讓他們認識，好讓你愛我的愛在他們裏面，我也在他們裏面。」

你們因耶和華言語而戰兢的人哪，當聽他的話：「你們的弟兄，就是恨惡你們，因我名趕出你們的，曾說：『願耶和華彰顯榮耀，好讓我們看見你們的喜樂。』但蒙羞的終究是他們！

惟有以色列必蒙耶和華拯救，得永遠的救恩。你們必不蒙羞，也不抱愧，直到永世無盡。

所以上帝把他升為至高，又賜給他超乎萬名之上的名，使一切在天上的、地上的和地底下的，因耶穌的名，眾膝都要跪下，眾口都要宣認：耶穌基督是主，歸榮耀給父上帝。

他因軟弱被釘在十字架上，卻因上帝的大能仍然活着。我們在他裏面也成為軟弱的，但對你們，我們將因上帝的大能而與他一同活着。
