Then David said to him,“ Do not be afraid, for I will assuredly show kindness to you for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of your grandfather Saul; and you yourself shall eat at my table regularly.”

大卫说：“你不用害怕，我要因为和你父亲约拿单的情义而恩待你。我要把你祖父扫罗所有的田地归还给你，你要常与我同席吃饭。”

大卫对他说：“你不要怕，我必因你父亲约拿单的缘故，以慈爱待你，把你祖父扫罗所有的田地都归还给你；你也可以常常与我同席吃饭。”

大衛對他說：『你不要怕；我一定要因你父親約拿單的緣故以厚愛待你，將你祖父掃羅的一切田地都歸還你；你也可以經常在我席上喫飯。』

大衛對他說：「你不要害怕，我必因你父親約拿單的緣故，以恩慈對待你。我要把你祖父掃羅的所有田地都歸還給你，你要常與我同席吃飯。」

大衛曰、毋懼、我緣爾父約拿單故、必施仁慈於爾、以爾祖掃羅之田、悉反於爾、爾可恆食於我席、

大闢曰、毋畏、我緣爾父約拿單之故、施恩於爾、以祖掃羅之產業、復賜於爾、使爾恆偕我食。

大衛曰、勿懼、我緣爾父約拿單故、施恩於爾、以爾祖掃羅一切田畝、復歸於爾、並使爾恆食於我席、

“ Don’t be afraid,” David said to him,“ for I will surely show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all the land that belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will always eat at my table.”

“ Don’t be afraid,” David told him.“ You can be sure that I will be kind to you because of your father Jonathan. I’ll give back to you all the land that belonged to your grandfather Saul. And I’ll always provide what you need.”

And David said to him,“ Do not fear, for I will show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of Saul your father, and you shall eat at my table always.”

“ Don’t be afraid!” David said.“ I intend to show kindness to you because of my promise to your father, Jonathan. I will give you all the property that once belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will eat here with me at the king’s table!”

“ Don’t be afraid,” David said to him,“ since I intend to show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all your grandfather Saul’s fields, and you will always eat meals at my table.”

So David said to him,“ Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.”

And David said unto him, Fear not; for I will surely show thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.

“ Don’t be afraid,” David said to him,“ since I intend to show you kindness because of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all your grandfather Saul’s fields, and you will always eat meals at my table.”

And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.

David said to him,“ Don’t be afraid, because I will certainly extend kindness to you for the sake of Jonathan your father. You will be a regular guest at my table.”

David said to him,“ Don’t be afraid; for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your father. You will eat bread at my table continually.”

Then David said,“ Is there anyone still left of the house of Saul, so that I could show him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”

For all my father’s household was only people worthy of death to my lord the king; yet you placed your servant among those who ate at your own table. So what right do I still have, that I should complain anymore to the king?”

However, show kindness to the sons of Barzillai the Gileadite, and let them be among those who eat at your table; for they assisted me when I fled from Absalom your brother.

Then the king said,“ Is there no one remaining of the house of Saul to whom I could show the kindness of God?” And Ziba said to the king,“ There is still a son of Jonathan, one who is disabled in both feet.”

So Jehoiachin changed his prison clothes, and had his meals in the king’s presence regularly all the days of his life;

Then all the people said to Samuel,“ Pray to the Lord your God for your servants, so that we do not die; for we have added to all our sins this evil, by asking for ourselves a king.”Samuel said to the people,“ Do not fear. You have committed all this evil, yet do not turn aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart.

But the woman, fearing and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.And He said to her,“ Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace and be cured of your disease.”

Give us this day our daily bread.

Zechariah was troubled when he saw the angel, and fear gripped him.But the angel said to him,“ Do not be afraid, Zechariah, for your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall name him John.

Even my close friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.

So the king said to Barzillai,“ You cross over with me, and I will provide you food in Jerusalem with me.”

Strengthen the exhausted, and make the feeble strong.Say to those with anxious heart,“ Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; The retribution of God will come, But He will save you.”

“ Those put to death by the Lord on that day will be from one end of the earth to the other. They will not be mourned, gathered, or buried; they will be like dung on the face of the ground.Wail, you shepherds, and cry out; Wallow in the dust, you masters of the flock; For the days of your slaughter and your dispersions have come, And you will fall like a precious vessel.

The Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chains;but when he was in Rome, he eagerly searched for me and found me—the Lord grant to him to find mercy from the Lord on that day— and you know very well what services he rendered at Ephesus.

Now the men were afraid, because they were brought to Joseph’s house; and they said,“ It is because of the money that was returned in our sacks the first time that we are being brought in, so that he may attack us and overpower us, and take us as slaves with our donkeys.”

that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.
