因此那時候，所有的民族、國家、語言群體一聽見號角、豎笛、里拉琴、弦琴、豎琴和各種樂器的聲音，就都向尼布甲尼撒王所立的金像俯伏膜拜。

王啊，你曾發出命令：所有聽見號角、豎笛、里拉琴、弦琴、豎琴、風笛和各種樂器聲音的人，都要向這金像俯伏膜拜；

歌唱的在前，彈琴的隨後，擊鼓的童女們在中間。你們當在集會中頌讚神，從以色列源頭而來的啊，你們當頌讚耶和華！那裡有最小的便雅憫管理他們，在他們的隊伍中有猶大的首領們，還有西布倫的首領們和拿弗他利的首領們。

請我們的主吩咐面前的臣僕們，去尋找一個善於彈奏豎琴的人。當從神那裡來的禍害之靈臨到你身上時，這人用手彈琴，你就感覺舒服了。」

「此後你要去神的山，那裡有非利士的駐軍。你到那城的時候，會遇見一隊先知正從高所下來，他們都在說預言；在他們前面有彈里拉琴的、擊鼓的、吹笛的、彈豎琴的。

現在，你們一聽見號角、豎笛、里拉琴、弦琴、豎琴、風笛和各種樂器的聲音，如果準備向我所造的像俯伏膜拜，那就沒有事了；如果不膜拜，你們就立刻被扔進烈火燃燒的窯中。有什麼神能從我的手中拯救你們呢？」

你們一聽見號角、豎笛、里拉琴、弦琴、豎琴、風笛和各種樂器的聲音，就要向尼布甲尼撒王所立的金像俯伏膜拜；

神在歡呼中上升，耶和華在號角聲中上升。
