King David was told,“ Yahweh has blessed the house of Obed- Edom, and all that belongs to him, because of God’s ark.” So David went and brought up God’s ark from the house of Obed- Edom into David’s city with joy.

Now King David was told,“ The Lord has blessed the household of Obed- Edom and everything he has, because of the ark of God.” So David went to bring up the ark of God from the house of Obed- Edom to the City of David with rejoicing.

King David was told,“ The Lord has blessed the family of Obed- Edom. He has also blessed everything that belongs to him. That’s because the ark of God is in Obed- Edom’s house.” So David went down there to bring up the ark. With great joy he brought it up from the house of Obed- Edom. He took it to the City of David.

And it was told King David,“ The Lord has blessed the household of Obed-edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom to the city of David with rejoicing.

Then King David was told,“ The Lord has blessed Obed edom’s household and everything he has because of the Ark of God.” So David went there and brought the Ark of God from the house of Obed edom to the City of David with a great celebration.

It was reported to King David,“ The LORD has blessed Obed-edom’s family and all that belongs to him because of the ark of God.” So David went and had the ark of God brought up from Obed-edom’s house to the city of David with rejoicing.

Now it was reported to King David, saying,“ The Lord has blessed the house of Obed edom and all that belongs to him, on account of the ark of God.” So David went and brought the ark of God up from the house of Obed edom to the city of David with joy.

Now it was told King David, saying,“ The Lord has blessed the house of Obed-Edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David with gladness.

And it was told king David, saying, Jehovah hath blessed the house of Obed- edom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. And David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed- edom into the city of David with joy.

It was reported to King David:“ The Lord has blessed Obed-edom’s family and all that belongs to him because of the ark of God.” So David went and had the ark of God brought up from Obed-edom’s house to the city of David with rejoicing.

And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obededom, and all that[ pertaineth] unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness.

David was told,“ The LORD has blessed the family of Obed-Edom and everything he owns because of the ark of God.” So David went and joyfully brought the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David.

Whoever gives one of these little ones just a cup of cold water to drink in the name of a disciple, most certainly I tell you he will in no way lose his reward.”

So David, the elders of Israel, and the captains over thousands, went to bring the ark of Yahweh’s covenant up out of the house of Obed- Edom with joy.When God helped the Levites who bore the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, they sacrificed seven bulls and seven rams.David was clothed with a robe of fine linen, as were all the Levites who bore the ark, the singers, and Chenaniah the choir master with the singers; and David had an ephod of linen on him.Thus all Israel brought the ark of Yahweh’s covenant up with shouting, with sound of the cornet, with trumpets, and with cymbals, sounding aloud with stringed instruments and harps.As the ark of Yahweh’s covenant came to David’s city, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out at the window, and saw king David dancing and playing; and she despised him in her heart.They brought in God’s ark, and set it in the middle of the tent that David had pitched for it; and they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.When David had finished offering the burnt offering and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in Yahweh’s name.He gave to everyone of Israel, both man and woman, to everyone a loaf of bread, a portion of meat, and a cake of raisins.

Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, with all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the children of Israel, to king Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of Yahweh’s covenant out of David’s city, which is Zion.

Behold, we heard of it in Ephrathah. We found it in the field of Jaar:“ We will go into his dwelling place. We will worship at his footstool.Arise, Yahweh, into your resting place, you, and the ark of your strength.

Lift up your heads, you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors, and the King of glory will come in.Who is the King of glory? Yahweh strong and mighty, Yahweh mighty in battle.Lift up your heads, you gates; yes, lift them up, you everlasting doors, and the King of glory will come in.Who is this King of glory? Yahweh of Armies is the King of glory! Selah.

David made himself houses in David’s city; and he prepared a place for God’s ark, and pitched a tent for it.Then David said,“ No one ought to carry God’s ark but the Levites. For Yahweh has chosen them to carry God’s ark, and to minister to him forever.”David assembled all Israel at Jerusalem, to bring up Yahweh’s ark to its place, which he had prepared for it.

They have seen your processions, God, even the processions of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.The singers went before, the minstrels followed after, among the ladies playing with tambourines,“ Bless God in the congregations, even the Lord in the assembly of Israel!”There is little Benjamin, their ruler, the princes of Judah, their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.
