或告大闢王曰、緣上帝之匱、耶和華錫嘏於阿別以東、暨凡所有。於是大闢往迎上帝之匱、於阿別以東家、歡然舁至大闢邑中。

或告大衛王曰、主因天主之匱、賜福於俄別以東家及凡所有、大衛遂往、由俄別以東家、歡然請天主之匱、至大衛之城、

Now King David was told,“ The Lord has blessed the household of Obed- Edom and everything he has, because of the ark of God.” So David went to bring up the ark of God from the house of Obed- Edom to the City of David with rejoicing.

King David was told,“ The Lord has blessed the family of Obed- Edom. He has also blessed everything that belongs to him. That’s because the ark of God is in Obed- Edom’s house.” So David went down there to bring up the ark. With great joy he brought it up from the house of Obed- Edom. He took it to the City of David.

And it was told King David,“ The Lord has blessed the household of Obed-edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom to the city of David with rejoicing.

Then King David was told,“ The Lord has blessed Obed edom’s household and everything he has because of the Ark of God.” So David went there and brought the Ark of God from the house of Obed edom to the City of David with a great celebration.

It was reported to King David,“ The LORD has blessed Obed-edom’s family and all that belongs to him because of the ark of God.” So David went and had the ark of God brought up from Obed-edom’s house to the city of David with rejoicing.

Now it was reported to King David, saying,“ The Lord has blessed the house of Obed edom and all that belongs to him, on account of the ark of God.” So David went and brought the ark of God up from the house of Obed edom to the city of David with joy.

Now it was told King David, saying,“ The Lord has blessed the house of Obed-Edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David with gladness.

And it was told king David, saying, Jehovah hath blessed the house of Obed- edom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. And David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed- edom into the city of David with joy.

It was reported to King David:“ The Lord has blessed Obed-edom’s family and all that belongs to him because of the ark of God.” So David went and had the ark of God brought up from Obed-edom’s house to the city of David with rejoicing.

And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obededom, and all that[ pertaineth] unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness.

David was told,“ The LORD has blessed the family of Obed-Edom and everything he owns because of the ark of God.” So David went and joyfully brought the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David.

King David was told,“ Yahweh has blessed the house of Obed- Edom, and all that belongs to him, because of God’s ark.” So David went and brought up God’s ark from the house of Obed- Edom into David’s city with joy.

無論誰因門徒的名，只把一杯涼水給這些微不足道的人中的一個喝，我實在告訴你們，他決不會得不到他的賞賜。”

於是大衛和以色列的眾長老，以及千夫長一起前去，從俄別．以東的家歡歡喜喜地把耶和華的約櫃抬上來。神幫助了那些抬耶和華約櫃的利未人，他們就獻上七頭公牛和七隻公綿羊。大衛和所有抬約櫃的利未人，以及歌唱的人和歌唱的人的領袖基拿尼雅，都穿上細麻布的外袍；大衛另外穿上細麻布的以弗得。這樣，以色列人歡呼、吹角、吹號、敲鈸、鼓瑟、彈琴，大聲奏樂，把耶和華的約櫃抬了上來。耶和華的約櫃進了大衛城的時候，掃羅的女兒米甲從窗戶往下觀看，看見大衛王跳躍嬉笑，心裡就鄙視他。他們把神的約櫃抬了進去，安放在大衛為它所搭的會幕中間，然後在神面前獻上了燔祭和平安祭。大衛獻上了燔祭和平安祭以後，就奉耶和華的名給人民祝福。他又分給以色列眾人，無論男女，每人一個餅、一塊肉、一個葡萄餅。

那時，所羅門把以色列的長老、各支派的首領和以色列的族長，都召集到耶路撒冷自己面前，要把耶和華的約櫃從大衛城，就是錫安運上來。

我們聽說約櫃在以法他；我們在雅珥的田間找到它。“我們要進入他的居所，在他的腳凳前下拜。耶和華啊，求你起來，求你和你有能力的約櫃同入安息的居所。

眾城門哪！抬起你們的頭來；古老的門戶啊！你們要被舉起，好讓榮耀的王進來。那榮耀的王是誰呢？就是強而有力的耶和華，在戰場上大有能力的耶和華。眾城門哪！抬起你們的頭來；古老的門戶啊！你們要被舉起，好讓榮耀的王進來。那榮耀的王是誰呢？萬軍之耶和華，他就是那榮耀的王。（細拉）

大衛在大衛城為自己建造宮殿，又為神的約櫃預備地方，就是為它支搭帳幕。那時大衛說：“神的約櫃，除了利未人以外，沒有人可以抬，因為耶和華揀選了他們抬神的約櫃，並且永遠事奉他。”於是，大衛把以色列人都招聚到耶路撒冷，要把耶和華的約櫃抬上來，到大衛給它預備好的地方去。

神啊！人人都看見你的巡行隊伍，看見我的神、我的君王的巡行隊伍，進入聖所。歌唱的在前頭行，作樂的走在後面，中間還有擊鼓的少女。你們要在大會中稱頌神，以色列的子孫（“以色列的子孫”原文作“從以色列的源頭來的”）啊！你們要稱頌耶和華。在那裡有微小的便雅憫領導他們；隨後的，有猶大的領袖，成群結隊，還有西布倫和拿弗他利的領袖。
