So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

大闢問耶和華曰、非利士人我當往攻之乎、爾其以彼付我手乎。耶和華曰、往哉、我必付於爾手。

大衛問主曰、我上而攻非利士人可乎、主以彼付於我手乎、主諭大衛曰、可上、我必以彼付於爾手、

so David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go and attack the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hands?” The Lord answered him,“ Go, for I will surely deliver the Philistines into your hands.”

So David asked the Lord for advice. He said,“ Should I go and attack the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord answered him,“ Go. I will surely hand over the Philistines to you.”

And David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will certainly give the Philistines into your hand.”

So David asked the Lord,“ Should I go out to fight the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord replied to David,“ Yes, go ahead. I will certainly hand them over to you.”

Then David inquired of the LORD:“ Should I attack the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The LORD replied to David,“ Attack, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You hand them over to me?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

And David inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into my hand? And Jehovah said unto David, Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into thy hand.

Then David inquired of the Lord:“ Should I go to war against the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord replied to David,“ Go, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

And David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.

So David asked the LORD,“ Should I march up against the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The LORD said to David,“ March up, for I will indeed hand the Philistines over to you.”

David inquired of Yahweh, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hand?” Yahweh said to David,“ Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

It happened after this that David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up to any of the cities of Judah?” And the Lord said to him,“ Go up.” David said,“ Where shall I go up?” And He said,“ To Hebron.”

Therefore David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go and attack these Philistines?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go and attack the Philistines, and save Keilah.”

and Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, stood before it in those days), saying,“ Shall I yet again go out to battle against the children of my brother Benjamin, or shall I cease?” And the Lord said,“ Go up, for tomorrow I will deliver them into your hand.”

In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Then he came to the king; and the king said to him,“ Micaiah, shall we go to war against Ramoth Gilead, or shall we refrain?” And he answered him,“ Go and prosper, for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king!”So the king said to him,“ How many times shall I make you swear that you tell me nothing but the truth in the name of the Lord?”Then he said,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These have no master. Let each return to his house in peace.’”And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ Did I not tell you he would not prophesy good concerning me, but evil?”Then Micaiah said,“ Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by, on His right hand and on His left.And the Lord said,‘ Who will persuade Ahab to go up, that he may fall at Ramoth Gilead?’ So one spoke in this manner, and another spoke in that manner.Then a spirit came forward and stood before the Lord, and said,‘ I will persuade him.’The Lord said to him,‘ In what way?’ So he said,‘ I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And the Lord said,‘ You shall persuade him, and also prevail. Go out and do so.’Therefore look! The Lord has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these prophets of yours, and the Lord has declared disaster against you.”

Then David inquired of the Lord once again. And the Lord answered him and said,“ Arise, go down to Keilah. For I will deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

Instead you ought to say,“ If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.”

Then David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son,“ Please bring the ephod here to me.” And Abiathar brought the ephod to David.So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him,“ Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”

And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord did not answer him, either by dreams or by Urim or by the prophets.

Therefore David inquired of the Lord, and He said,“ You shall not go up; circle around behind them, and come upon them in front of the mulberry trees.

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them,“ Shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to fight, or shall I refrain?” So they said,“ Go up, for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.”
