So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You hand them over to me?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

so David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go and attack the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hands?” The Lord answered him,“ Go, for I will surely deliver the Philistines into your hands.”

So David asked the Lord for advice. He said,“ Should I go and attack the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord answered him,“ Go. I will surely hand over the Philistines to you.”

And David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will certainly give the Philistines into your hand.”

So David asked the Lord,“ Should I go out to fight the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord replied to David,“ Yes, go ahead. I will certainly hand them over to you.”

Then David inquired of the LORD:“ Should I attack the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The LORD replied to David,“ Attack, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

And David inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into my hand? And Jehovah said unto David, Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into thy hand.

Then David inquired of the Lord:“ Should I go to war against the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The Lord replied to David,“ Go, for I will certainly hand the Philistines over to you.”

And David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.

So David asked the LORD,“ Should I march up against the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?” The LORD said to David,“ March up, for I will indeed hand the Philistines over to you.”

David inquired of Yahweh, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hand?” Yahweh said to David,“ Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

Then it came about afterward that David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up to one of the cities of Judah?” And the Lord said to him,“ Go up.” So David said,“ Where shall I go up?” And He said,“ To Hebron.”

So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go and attack these Philistines?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go and attack the Philistines and save Keilah.”

and Phinehas the son of Eleazar, Aaron’s son, stood before it to minister in those days), saying,“ Shall I yet again go out to battle against the sons of my brother Benjamin, or shall I stop?” And the Lord said,“ Go up, for tomorrow I will hand them over to you.”

In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.

When he came to the king, the king said to him,“ Micaiah, should we go to battle against Ramoth gilead, or should we refrain?” And he said,“ Go up and succeed, for the Lord will hand it over to the king!”Then the king said to him,“ How many times must I make you swear that you will tell me nothing but the truth in the name of the Lord?”So he said,“ I saw all Israel Scattered on the mountains, Like sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These people have no master. Each of them is to return to his house in peace.’ ”Then the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ Did I not tell you that he would not prophesy anything good regarding me, but only bad?”And Micaiah said,“ Therefore, hear the word of the Lord. I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, and all the angels of heaven standing by Him on His right and on His left.And the Lord said,‘ Who will entice Ahab to go up and fall at Ramoth gilead?’ And one spirit said this, while another said that.Then a spirit came forward and stood before the Lord, and said,‘ I will entice him.’And the Lord said to him,‘ How?’ And he said,‘ I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets.’ Then He said,‘ You shall entice him, and you will also prevail. Go and do so.’Now then, behold, the Lord has put a deceiving spirit in the mouth of all these prophets of yours; and the Lord has declared disaster against you.”

So David inquired of the Lord once more. And the Lord answered him and said,“ Arise, go down to Keilah, for I am going to hand the Philistines over to you.”

Instead, you ought to say,“ If the Lord wills, we will live and also do this or that.”

Then David said to Abiathar the priest, the son of Ahimelech,“ Please bring me the ephod.” So Abiathar brought the ephod to David.And David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I pursue this band of raiders? Will I overtake them?” And He said to him,“ Pursue, for you will certainly overtake them, and you will certainly rescue everyone.”

So Saul inquired of the Lord, but the Lord did not answer him, either in dreams, or by the Urim, or by the prophets.

So David inquired of the Lord, but He said,“ You shall not go directly up; circle around behind them and come at them in front of the baka shrubs.

So the king of Israel assembled the prophets, about four hundred men, and said to them,“ Should I go to battle against Ramoth gilead or should I refrain?” And they said,“ Go up, for the Lord will hand it over to the king.”
