David answered Rekab and his brother Baanah, the sons of Rimmon the Beerothite,“ As surely as the Lord lives, who has delivered me out of every trouble,

David gave an answer to Rekab and his brother Baanah. They were the sons of Rimmon from Beeroth. David said,“ The Lord has saved me from every trouble.

But David said to Recab and Baanah,“ The Lord, who saves me from all my enemies, is my witness.

王發誓曰、昔我指以色列族之上帝耶和華、與爾發誓、言爾子所羅門必即我位、繼我為王、今我亦指援我於患難中之耶和華而發誓、必如是以行。

拯我出患難之天使、願錫嘏童蒙、當為吾子、為吾祖父亞伯拉罕以撒子孫、使昌熾於地。○

我亦貧乏、籲耶和華、蒙其垂聽、援於患難兮。耶和華之使者、四周列營、以拯敬虔之士兮。

上帝耶和華兮、真實無妄、爾曾救予、我神托爾兮、崇事虛無者、我所深憾兮、我所恃者、耶和華兮、昔遭患難、蒙爾垂顧兮、得沾恩寵、忻喜不勝兮、

爾救我命、我以謳歌、歡聲而呼兮、

耶和華必拯其僕、恃之者必不受罪兮。

凡蒙其恩、得其拯救、脫於仇敵者、宜頌美之兮、

敬虔之士、籲呼於上、耶和華垂聽、援於患難兮。

以手援予、免於死亡、賜以仁慈矜憫、若加冠冕兮、

敵憾選民、欲加殘害、上帝援手兮、

惟主左右我、剛健我、使我足傳道、俾異邦人聞之、我得救出於獅口、主必拯我於患難、得到天國、願榮光歸之、永世靡暨、
