David answered Rekab and his brother Baanah, the sons of Rimmon the Beerothite,“ As surely as the Lord lives, who has delivered me out of every trouble,

David gave an answer to Rekab and his brother Baanah. They were the sons of Rimmon from Beeroth. David said,“ The Lord has saved me from every trouble.

But David answered Rechab and Baanah his brother, the sons of Rimmon the Beerothite,“ As the Lord lives, who has redeemed my life out of every adversity,

But David said to Recab and Baanah,“ The Lord, who saves me from all my enemies, is my witness.

But David replied to Rechab and his brother Baanah, sons of Rimmon the Beerothite, and said to them,“ As the Lord lives, who has redeemed my life from all distress,

And the king sware, and said,[ As] the LORD liveth, that hath redeemed my soul out of all distress,

The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.

This poor man cried, and the LORD heard[ him], and saved him out of all his troubles.The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth.I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the LORD.I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;

My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.

The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

Let the redeemed of the LORD say[ so], whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;

[ The righteous] cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

And he saved them from the hand of him that hated[ them], and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.

Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and[ that] all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve[ me] unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom[ be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.
