When David saw the angel who was striking down the people, he said to the Lord,“ I have sinned; I, the shepherd, have done wrong. These are but sheep. What have they done? Let your hand fall on me and my family.”

When David saw the angel striking the people, he said to the LORD,“ Look, I am the one who has sinned; I am the one who has done wrong. But these sheep, what have they done? Please, let your hand be against me and my father’s family.”

Then David spoke to the Lord when he saw the angel who was striking down the people, and said,“ Behold, it is I who have sinned, and it is I who have done wrong; but these sheep, what have they done? Please let Your hand be against me and against my father’s house!”

David spoke to Yahweh when he saw the angel who struck the people, and said,“ Behold, I have sinned, and I have done perversely; but these sheep, what have they done? Please let your hand be against me, and against my father’s house.”

大卫数点百姓以后，心中自责。大卫向耶和华说：“我做这事大大有罪了。耶和华啊，现在求你除掉仆人的罪孽，因我所做的非常愚昧。”

大卫举目，看见耶和华的使者站在天和地之间，手里有拔出来的刀，伸在耶路撒冷以上。大卫和长老都披上麻布，脸伏于地。大卫向神说：“吩咐数点百姓的不是我吗？是我犯了罪，行了大恶，但这群羊做了什么呢？耶和华—我的神啊，愿你的手攻击我和我的父家，不要降瘟疫给你的百姓。”

鉴察人的主啊，我若有罪，于你何妨？为何以我当你的箭靶，使我成为你的重担呢？

求你将我的罪孽洗涤净尽，洁除我的罪！因为我知道我的过犯；我的罪常在我面前。我向你犯罪，惟独得罪了你，在你眼前行了这恶，以致你责备的时候显为公义，判断的时候显为清白。看哪，我是在罪孽里生的，在我母亲怀胎的时候就有了罪。

他被挂在木头上，亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们既然在罪上死，就得以在义上活。因他受的鞭伤，你们得了医治。你们从前好像迷路的羊，如今却归回你们灵魂的牧人和监督了。

因此我撤回，在尘土和炉灰中懊悔。”

米该雅说：“我看见以色列众人散布在山上，如同没有牧人的羊群一般。耶和华说：‘这些人没有主人，他们可以平安地各自回家去。’”

那时我说：“祸哉！我灭亡了！因为我是嘴唇不洁的人，住在嘴唇不洁的民中，又因我亲眼看见大君王—万军之耶和华。”

“我是好牧人，好牧人为羊舍命。雇工不是牧人，羊不是他自己的，他一看见狼来，就撇下羊群逃跑；狼抓住羊，把它们赶散。

我必在他们之上立一牧人，就是我的仆人大卫，牧养它们；他必牧养他们，作他们的牧人。我—耶和华必作他们的神，我的仆人大卫要在他们中间作王。这是我—耶和华说的。

现在，求你把仆人留下，代替这年轻人作我主的奴隶，让这年轻人和他哥哥们一同上去。

万军之耶和华说：刀剑哪，兴起攻击我的牧人，攻击我的同伴吧！要击打牧人，羊就分散了；我必反手攻击那微小的。

“人子啊，你要向以色列的牧人说预言，对他们说，主耶和华如此说：祸哉！以色列的牧人只知牧养自己。牧人岂不当牧养群羊吗？你们吃肥油、穿羊毛、宰杀肥羊，却不牧养群羊。瘦弱的，你们不调养；有病的，你们不医治；受伤的，你们未包扎；被逐的，你们不去领回；失丧的，你们不寻找；却用暴力严严地辖制它们。它们因无牧人就分散；既分散，就成为一切野兽的食物。我的羊流落众山之间和各高冈上，分散在全地，无人去寻，无人去找。

你使我们如羊当作食物，把我们分散在列国中。
