And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of Jehovah; for his mercies are great; and let me not fall into the hand of man.

大卫对迦得说：“我甚为难！我愿落在耶和华的手里，因为他有丰盛的怜悯。我不愿落在人的手里。”

大卫对迦得说：“我很为难。我们宁愿落在耶和华的手里，因为他有丰盛的怜悯；我不愿落在人的手里。”

大卫对迦得说：“我很为难。我们宁愿落在耶和华的手里，因为他有丰盛的怜悯；我不愿落在人的手里。”

大卫说：“我实在为难！不过我宁愿落在耶和华的手中，也不愿落在人的手中，因为耶和华有无限的怜悯。”

大卫对迦得说：“我非常为难，我们情愿落在耶和华的手里，因为他有丰盛的怜悯。不要让我落在人的手里。”

大衛對迦得說：「我甚為難！我願落在耶和華的手裏，因為他有豐盛的憐憫。我不願落在人的手裏。」

大衛對迦得說：「我很為難。我們寧願落在耶和華的手裏，因為他有豐盛的憐憫；我不願落在人的手裏。」

大衛說：「我實在為難！不過我寧願落在耶和華的手中，也不願落在人的手中，因為耶和華有無限的憐憫。」

大衛對迦得說：“我非常為難，我們情願落在耶和華的手裡，因為他有豐盛的憐憫。不要讓我落在人的手裡。”

大衛對迦得說：『我非常為難；讓我們落在永恆主手裏吧，因為他有豐盛的憐憫；可別讓我落在人手裏呀。』於是大衛選擇了瘟疫。那些日子正是收割麥子的日子。

大衛對迦得說：「這使我非常為難！還是讓我們落在耶和華手中吧，因為他有豐盛的憐憫；請不要讓我落在人的手中。」

大衛曰、我處窘迫之境、耶和華矜恤維大、願陷於其手、勿陷於人手、

大闢曰我迫阨甚矣耶和華矜憫為懷、願陷於其手、勿陷於人手。

大衛謂迦得曰、我窘迫已極、或作我甚愁戚我願陷於主手、因主大施憐憫、不願陷於人手、

David said to Gad,“ I am in deep distress. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great; but do not let me fall into human hands.”

David said to Gad,“ I’m suffering terribly. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord. His mercy is great. But don’t let me fall into human hands.”

Then David said to Gad,“ I am in great distress. Let us fall into the hand of the Lord, for his mercy is great; but let me not fall into the hand of man.”

“ I’m in a desperate situation!” David replied to Gad.“ But let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great. Do not let me fall into human hands.”

David answered Gad,“ I have great anxiety. Please, let us fall into the LORD’s hands because his mercies are great, but don’t let me fall into human hands.”

Then David said to Gad,“ I am in great distress. Let us now fall into the hand of the Lord, for His mercies are great; but do not let me fall into human hands.”

And David said to Gad,“ I am in great distress. Please let us fall into the hand of the Lord, for His mercies are great; but do not let me fall into the hand of man.”

David answered Gad,“ I have great anxiety. Please, let us fall into the Lord’s hands because His mercies are great, but don’t let me fall into human hands.”

And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies[ are] great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.

David said to Gad,“ I am very upset! I prefer that we be attacked by the LORD, for his mercy is great; I do not want to be attacked by men!”

David said to Gad,“ I am in distress. Let us fall now into Yahweh’s hand; for his mercies are great. Let me not fall into man’s hand.”

Great are thy tender mercies, O Jehovah: Quicken me according to thine ordinances.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: According to the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

But thou, O Lord, art a God merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth.

A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast; But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.

And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, a host with horses and chariots was round about the city. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?

And he gave them into the hand of the nations; And they that hated them ruled over them.Their enemies also oppressed them, And they were brought into subjection under their hand.

And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let me fall, I pray, into the hand of Jehovah; for very great are his mercies: and let me not fall into the hand of man.

But there is forgiveness with thee, That thou mayest be feared.

And Jehovah passed by before him, and proclaimed, Jehovah, Jehovah, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth,keeping lovingkindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin; and that will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, upon the third and upon the fourth generation.

And he prayed unto Jehovah, and said, I pray thee, O Jehovah, was not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore I hasted to flee unto Tarshish; for I knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness, and repentest thee of the evil.

I was wroth with my people, I profaned mine inheritance, and gave them into thy hand: thou didst show them no mercy; upon the aged hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.

let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto Jehovah, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Jehovah is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness.He will not always chide; Neither will he keep his anger for ever.He hath not dealt with us after our sins, Nor rewarded us after our iniquities.For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is his lovingkindness toward them that fear him.As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us.Like as a father pitieth his children, So Jehovah pitieth them that fear him.For he knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust.

For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in lovingkindness unto all them that call upon thee.

Wherefore Jehovah his God delivered him into the hand of the king of Syria; and they smote him, and carried away of his a great multitude of captives, and brought them to Damascus. And he was also delivered into the hand of the king of Israel, who smote him with a great slaughter.For Pekah the son of Remaliah slew in Judah a hundred and twenty thousand in one day, all of them valiant men; because they had forsaken Jehovah, the God of their fathers.And Zichri, a mighty man of Ephraim, slew Maaseiah the king’s son, and Azrikam the ruler of the house, and Elkanah that was next to the king.And the children of Israel carried away captive of their brethren two hundred thousand, women, sons, and daughters, and took also away much spoil from them, and brought the spoil to Samaria.But a prophet of Jehovah was there, whose name was Oded: and he went out to meet the host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because Jehovah, the God of your fathers, was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your hand, and ye have slain them in a rage which hath reached up unto heaven.

And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Israel, and he delivered them into the hand of Hazael king of Syria, and into the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael, continually.And Jehoahaz besought Jehovah, and Jehovah hearkened unto him; for he saw the oppression of Israel, how that the king of Syria oppressed them.( And Jehovah gave Israel a saviour, so that they went out from under the hand of the Syrians; and the children of Israel dwelt in their tents as beforetime.Nevertheless they departed not from the sins of the house of Jeroboam, wherewith he made Israel to sin, but walked therein: and there remained the Asherah also in Samaria.)For he left not to Jehoahaz of the people save fifty horsemen, and ten chariots, and ten thousand footmen; for the king of Syria destroyed them, and made them like the dust in threshing.

When the men of Israel saw that they were in a strait( for the people were distressed), then the people did hide themselves in caves, and in thickets, and in rocks, and in coverts, and in pits.

Jehovah is good to all; And his tender mercies are over all his works.

Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour. But for this cause came I unto this hour.

But I am in a strait betwixt the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ; for it is very far better:

And I am very sore displeased with the nations that are at ease; for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction.

Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth over the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in lovingkindness.
