急难临到我的时候，我求告耶和华，我向我的神呼求；他从殿中听了我的声音，我在他面前的呼求进了他的耳中。

我这困苦人呼求，耶和华就垂听，拯救我脱离一切患难。

当我心灵疲弱时，我就思念耶和华；我的祷告直达你面前，进入你的圣殿。

基督在世的时候，曾经流泪大声祷告恳求那位能救他脱离死亡的神；因着他的敬虔，就蒙了应允。

然而耶和华我的神啊，求你垂顾你仆人的祷告和恳求，垂听你仆人今天在你面前所作的呼吁和祷告。愿你的眼睛昼夜看顾这殿，看顾你所说‘我的名要留在那里’的地方。愿你垂听你仆人向这地方所发的祷告。你仆人和你的子民以色列向这地方祷告的时候，求你垂听他们的恳求。求你在天上的居所垂听，垂听而赦免。

耶和华的眼睛看顾义人，他的耳朵垂听他们的呼求。耶和华的脸敌对作恶的人，要把他们的名从世上除掉。义人哀求，耶和华就垂听，搭救他们脱离一切患难，

我说：‘我虽从你眼前被赶逐，我仍要仰望你的圣殿。’

然而耶和华在他的圣殿里，全地当在他面前肃静。

有一件事我求过耶和华，我还要寻求；我要一生一世住在耶和华的殿里，瞻仰他的荣美，在他的殿中求问。

看哪，工人为你们收割庄稼，你们竟然克扣他们的工资；那工资必为他们呼冤；收割者的呼声，已经达到万军之主的耳中了。

对他们说：“我的心灵痛苦得快要死了；你们留在这里，与我一同警醒吧。”他稍往前走，把脸俯伏在地上，祷告说：“我的父啊！可能的话，求你使这杯离开我；但不要照我的意思，只要照你的旨意。”

耶和华说：“我的子民在埃及所受的痛苦，我实在看见了；他们因受督工的辖制所发的呼声，我也听见了；他们的痛苦，我是知道的。
