你以能力裝備我作戰，又使起來敵對我的人屈服在我之下。

蓋爾以力束我、使備戰爭、起而攻我者、俾服於我兮、

爾賜以膂力、能於戰鬥、使逆者至於敗亡。

主賜我以力、使我能戰、使攻擊我者服於我下、

You armed me with strength for battle; you humbled my adversaries before me.

Lord, you gave me strength to fight the battle. You caused my enemies to be humble in front of me.

For you equipped me with strength for the battle; you made those who rise against me sink under me.

You have armed me with strength for the battle; you have subdued my enemies under my feet.

You have clothed me with strength for battle; you subdue my adversaries beneath me.

For You have armed me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose against me.

For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle; Thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

You have clothed me with strength for battle; You subdue my adversaries beneath me.

You give me strength for battle; you make my foes kneel before me.

Through You we will push back our adversaries; Through Your name we will trample down those who rise up against us.

strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all perseverance and patience; joyously

The God who encircles me with strength, And makes my way blameless?

Then David and his men went to Keilah and fought the Philistines; and he drove away their livestock and struck them with a great slaughter. So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah.

And David put his hand into his bag and took from it a stone and slung it, and struck the Philistine on his forehead. And the stone penetrated his forehead, and he fell on his face to the ground.So David prevailed over the Philistine with the sling and the stone: he struck the Philistine and killed him, and there was no sword in David’s hand.Then David ran and stood over the Philistine, and took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and finished him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw that their champion was dead, they fled.
