he sent messengers to them to say to them,“ The Lord bless you for showing this kindness to Saul your master by burying him.

So he sent messengers to them to speak for him. The messengers said,“ You were kind to bury the body of your master Saul. May the Lord bless you for that.

David sent messengers to the men of Jabesh-gilead and said to them,“ May you be blessed by the Lord, because you showed this loyalty to Saul your lord and buried him.

he sent them this message:“ May the Lord bless you for being so loyal to your master Saul and giving him a decent burial.

David sent messengers to the men of Jabesh-gilead and said to them,“ The LORD bless you because you have shown this kindness to Saul your lord when you buried him.

So David sent messengers to the men of Jabesh gilead, and said to them,“ May you be blessed of the Lord because you have shown this kindness to Saul your lord, and have buried him.

So David sent messengers to the people of Jabesh Gilead and told them,“ May you be blessed by the LORD because you have shown this kindness to your lord Saul by burying him.

David sent messengers to the men of Jabesh Gilead, and said to them,“ Blessed are you by Yahweh, that you have shown this kindness to your lord, even to Saul, and have buried him.

Saul replied,“ The Lord bless you for your concern for me. (niv)

“ The Lord bless him!” Naomi said to her daughter-in-law.“ He has not stopped showing his kindness to the living and the dead.” She added,“ That man is our close relative; he is one of our guardian-redeemers.” (niv)

May you be blessed by the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. (niv)

“ The Lord bless you, my daughter,” he replied.“ This kindness is greater than that which you showed earlier: You have not run after the younger men, whether rich or poor. (niv)

Then Naomi said to her two daughters- in- law,“ Go back, each of you, to your mother’s home. May the Lord show you kindness, as you have shown kindness to your dead husbands and to me. (niv)

David said to Abigail,“ Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, who has sent you today to meet me.May you be blessed for your good judgment and for keeping me from bloodshed this day and from avenging myself with my own hands. (niv)

When a man finds his enemy, does he let him get away unharmed? May the Lord reward you well for the way you treated me today. (niv)
