After this David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah?” And the Lord said to him,“ Go up.” David said,“ To which shall I go up?” And he said,“ To Hebron.”

此後，大衛求問耶和華說：「我可以上猶大的一個城去嗎？」耶和華對他說：「可以上去。」大衛說：「我上哪一個城去呢？」耶和華說：「希伯崙。」

此後，大衛求問耶和華說：「我可以上猶大的一個城去嗎？」耶和華對他說：「可以上去。」大衛說：「我上哪一個城去呢？」耶和華說：「希伯崙。」

厥後、大衛詢於耶和華曰、我往猶大之邑可否、耶和華曰、可、曰、當往何邑、曰、希伯崙、

In the course of time, David inquired of the Lord.“ Shall I go up to one of the towns of Judah?” he asked. The Lord said,“ Go up.” David asked,“ Where shall I go?”“ To Hebron,” the Lord answered.

After Saul and Jonathan died, David asked the Lord for advice.“ Should I go up to one of the towns of Judah?” he asked. The Lord said,“ Go up.” David asked,“ Where should I go?”“ To Hebron,” the Lord answered.

After this, David asked the Lord,“ Should I move back to one of the towns of Judah?”“ Yes,” the Lord replied. Then David asked,“ Which town should I go to?”“ To Hebron,” the Lord answered.

Some time later, David inquired of the LORD:“ Should I go to one of the towns of Judah?” The LORD answered him,“ Go.” Then David asked,“ Where should I go?”“ To Hebron,” the LORD replied.

Then it came about afterward that David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up to one of the cities of Judah?” And the Lord said to him,“ Go up.” So David said,“ Where shall I go up?” And He said,“ To Hebron.”

It happened after this that David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up to any of the cities of Judah?” And the Lord said to him,“ Go up.” David said,“ Where shall I go up?” And He said,“ To Hebron.”

And it came to pass after this, that David inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah? And Jehovah said unto him, Go up. And David said, Whither shall I go up? And he said, Unto Hebron.

Some time later, David inquired of the Lord:“ Should I go to one of the towns of Judah?” The Lord answered him,“ Go.” Then David asked,“ Where should I go?”“ To Hebron,” the Lord replied.

And it came to pass after this, that David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah? And the LORD said unto him, Go up. And David said, Whither shall I go up? And he said, Unto Hebron.

Afterward David inquired of the LORD,“ Should I go up to one of the cities of Judah?” The LORD told him,“ Go up.” David asked,“ Where should I go?” The LORD replied,“ To Hebron.”

After this, David inquired of Yahweh, saying,“ Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah?” Yahweh said to him,“ Go up.” David said,“ Where shall I go up?” He said,“ To Hebron.”

in Hebron, for all the places where David and his men had roamed.

Therefore David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go and attack these Philistines?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go and attack the Philistines and save Keilah.”

Then David inquired of the Lord again. And the Lord answered him,“ Arise, go down to Keilah, for I will give the Philistines into your hand.”

David knew that Saul was plotting harm against him. And he said to Abiathar the priest,“ Bring the ephod here.”Then David said,“ O Lord, the God of Israel, your servant has surely heard that Saul seeks to come to Keilah, to destroy the city on my account.Will the men of Keilah surrender me into his hand? Will Saul come down, as your servant has heard? O Lord, the God of Israel, please tell your servant.” And the Lord said,“ He will come down.”Then David said,“ Will the men of Keilah surrender me and my men into the hand of Saul?” And the Lord said,“ They will surrender you.”

And when David inquired of the Lord, he said,“ You shall not go up; go around to their rear, and come against them opposite the balsam trees.

One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.

And when Jacob saw them he said,“ This is God’s camp!” So he called the name of that place Mahanaim.

And the time that David was king in Hebron over the house of Judah was seven years and six months.

“ Thus says the Lord God: This also I will let the house of Israel ask me to do for them: to increase their people like a flock.

And at the end of four years Absalom said to the king,“ Please let me go and pay my vow, which I have vowed to the Lord, in Hebron.

And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before the Lord. At his word they shall go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he and all the people of Israel with him, the whole congregation.”

After the death of Joshua, the people of Israel inquired of the Lord,“ Who shall go up first for us against the Canaanites, to fight against them?”

Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths.Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

And David said to Abiathar the priest, the son of Ahimelech,“ Bring me the ephod.” So Abiathar brought the ephod to David.And David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I pursue after this band? Shall I overtake them?” He answered him,“ Pursue, for you shall surely overtake and shall surely rescue.”

Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

And David inquired of the Lord,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will certainly give the Philistines into your hand.”

Then Joshua blessed him, and he gave Hebron to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for an inheritance.Therefore Hebron became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite to this day, because he wholly followed the Lord, the God of Israel.Now the name of Hebron formerly was Kiriath-arba.( Arba was the greatest man among the Anakim.) And the land had rest from war.

They gave for the service of the house of God 5,000 talents and 10,000 darics of gold, 10,000 talents of silver, 18,000 talents of bronze and 100,000 talents of iron.

And the time that David reigned over Israel was forty years. He reigned seven years in Hebron and thirty-three years in Jerusalem.

They went up into the Negeb and came to Hebron. Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the descendants of Anak, were there.( Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)
