如我妄害其命、無事隱於王、而爾亦必敵我、

如我害之、必陷己生命、於王前無所隱、而爾亦將加罪於我。

我豈可妄為而陷己命耶、無事可隱於王前、至王知之時、爾必旁立不語、原文作爾必對立

And if I had betrayed the king by killing his son— and the king would certainly find out who did it— you yourself would be the first to abandon me.”

于是大卫叫了一个年轻人来，说：“你上前去，砍倒他。”那年轻人击杀他，他就死了。大卫对他说：“你流人血的罪要归到自己的头上，因为你亲口作证指控自己说：‘我杀了耶和华的受膏者。’”

从前有人向我报信说：‘看哪！扫罗死了。’他自以为是报好消息，我却抓住他，把他杀在洗革拉，这就是我给他作报好消息的酬报。何况恶人在义人的家里，把义人杀在床上。现在我怎能不从你们手中追讨流他血的罪，把你们从这世上除灭呢？”于是，大卫吩咐年轻人把他们杀了，并且砍断他们的手脚，把身体挂在希伯仑的水池旁边；却把伊施波设的头拿去，埋葬在希伯仑押尼珥的坟墓里。

被造的在神面前没有一样不是显明的，万有在他的眼前都是赤露敞开的；我们必须向他交帐。
