謂執兵者曰、爾其拔劍刺我、免未受割者至、刺而侮我、執兵者懼甚、不敢奉命、掃羅遂伏劍而死、執兵者見掃羅死、亦伏劍偕死、

在於不義者、豈非禍患乎、在於行惡者、豈非災害乎、

倨傲為淪亡之先導、心驕乃隕越之前因、

維彼惡人、爾上帝必使之墜於陷阱、嗜殺與行詐者、生存不及半世、我則惟爾是恃兮、
