亞希多弗告押沙龍曰、我欲簡兵一萬二千、夤夜以行、追襲大闢、

亞希多弗謂押沙龍曰、我欲選卒一萬二千、今夜起而追大衛、

Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ I would choose twelve thousand men and set out tonight in pursuit of David.

One day Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ Here’s what I suggest. Choose 12,000 men. Start out tonight and go after David.

Moreover, Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ Let me choose twelve thousand men, and I will arise and pursue David tonight.

Now Ahithophel urged Absalom,“ Let me choose 12,000 men to start out after David tonight.

Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ Let me choose twelve thousand men, and I will set out in pursuit of David tonight.

Furthermore, Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ Please let me choose twelve thousand men and let me set out and pursue David tonight.

Moreover Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ Now let me choose twelve thousand men, and I will arise and pursue David tonight.

Moreover Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Let me now choose out twelve thousand men, and I will arise and pursue after David this night:

Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ Let me pick out twelve thousand men. Then I will go and pursue David this very night.

Moreover Ahithophel said to Absalom,“ Let me now choose twelve thousand men, and I will arise and pursue after David tonight.

只有你耶和華使我安然居住，我必高枕無憂。

因為邪惡和詭詐的人開口攻擊我，用謊言譭謗我。他們惡言惡語地圍著我，無緣無故地攻擊我。我愛他們，他們卻控告我，但我為他們禱告。

你們奔向邪惡，急於濫殺無辜；你們心懷惡念，所到之處大肆毀滅。你們不知道平安之路，你們的行徑毫無公正；你們走歪門邪道，跟從你們的必得不到平安。

可是，耶和華啊！你是四面保護我的盾牌，你賜我榮耀，使我昂首而立。我向耶和華呼求，祂就從祂的聖山上回應我。（細拉）我躺下，我睡覺，我醒來，都蒙耶和華看顧。

因為他們不作惡就無法入睡，不絆倒人就無法安眠；

因為他們奔向罪惡，急速地去殺人流血。
