Now, therefore, the sword will never depart from your house, because you despised me and took the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your own.’

So time after time members of your own royal house will be killed with swords. That’s because you turned your back on me. You took the wife of Uriah, the Hittite, to be your own.’

From this time on, your family will live by the sword because you have despised me by taking Uriah’s wife to be your own.

以撒的丘坛必荒凉，以色列的圣所必荒废；我要起来用刀攻击耶罗波安的家。”

王战抖，就上城门的楼房去痛哭，一面走一面说：“我儿押沙龙啊！我儿，我儿押沙龙啊！我恨不得替你死，押沙龙啊，我儿！我儿！”

还是你藐视他丰富的恩慈、宽容、忍耐，不知道他的恩慈是领你悔改吗？

与妇人行奸淫的，便是无知，做这事的，必毁了自己。他必受损伤和羞辱，他的羞耻不得消除。

耶稣对他说：“收刀入鞘吧！凡动刀的，必死在刀下。

所罗门王指着耶和华起誓说：“亚多尼雅讲这话是自己送命，不然，愿神重重惩罚我。耶和华坚立我，使我坐在父亲大卫的王位上，照着他所应许的为我建立家室；现在我指着永生的耶和华起誓，亚多尼雅今日必被处死。”于是所罗门王派耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅去击杀亚多尼雅，他就死了。

夜间，神在梦中来到亚比米勒那里，对他说：“看哪，你要死了，因为你带来的女人，她是有丈夫的女子！”

而是整整一个月，直到肉从你们的鼻孔喷出来，使你们厌恶。因为你们厌弃那住在你们中间的耶和华，在他面前哭着说：我们为何出埃及呢？’”

“一个人不能服侍两个主；他不是恨这个爱那个，就是重这个轻那个。你们不能又服侍神，又服侍玛门。”

所以，那弃绝这教导的不是弃绝人，而是弃绝那把自己的圣灵赐给你们的神。

押沙龙吩咐仆人说：“你们注意，暗嫩开怀畅饮的时候，我对你们说击杀暗嫩，你们就杀他。不要惧怕，这不是我吩咐你们的吗？你们要刚强，作勇士！”押沙龙的仆人就照押沙龙所吩咐的，向暗嫩行了。王所有的儿子都起来，各人骑上骡子逃跑了。

万军之耶和华对你们说：“儿子孝敬父亲，仆人敬畏主人；我既为父亲，孝敬我的在哪里呢？我既为主人，敬畏我的在哪里呢？你们这些藐视我名的祭司啊！”你们却说：“我们在何事上藐视你的名呢？”“你们将不洁净的食物献在我的祭坛上，却说：‘我们在何事上使你不洁净呢？’你们说，耶和华的供桌是可藐视的。

因此，耶和华—以色列的神说：‘我确实说过，你和你祖宗的家必永远行在我面前，但现在耶和华却说，我绝不会这样做。因为尊重我的，我必尊重他；藐视我的，他必被轻视。
