只是我告訴你們，凡看見婦女就動淫念的，這人心裏已經與她犯姦淫了。

艷麗是虛假的，美容是虛浮的；惟敬畏耶和華的婦女必得稱讚。

所以，我們不要睡覺像別人一樣，總要警醒謹守。因為睡了的人是在夜間睡，醉了的人是在夜間醉。

萬物的結局近了。所以，你們要謹慎自守，警醒禱告。

懶惰使人沉睡；懈怠的人必受飢餓。
