大衛曰、爾血歸於爾首、爾口自證殺耶和華之受膏者、○

大闢曰、斯人自證、殺耶和華所沐以膏者、罪當歸之。

For David had said to him,“ Your blood be on your own head. Your own mouth testified against you when you said,‘ I killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

That’s because David had said to him,“ Anything that happens to you will be your own fault. What your own mouth has spoken is a witness against you. You said,‘ I killed the Lord’ s anointed king.’ ”

And David said to him,“ Your blood be on your head, for your own mouth has testified against you, saying,‘ I have killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

“ You have condemned yourself,” David said,“ for you yourself confessed that you killed the Lord’s anointed one.”

For David had said to the Amalekite,“ Your blood is on your own head because your own mouth testified against you by saying,‘ I killed the LORD’s anointed.’”

So David said to him,“ Your blood is on your own head, for your own mouth has testified against you, saying,‘ I have killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

And David said unto him, Thy blood be upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain Jehovah’s anointed.

For David had said to the Amalekite,“ Your blood is on your own head because your own mouth testified against you by saying,‘ I killed the Lord’s anointed.’”

And David said unto him, Thy blood[ be] upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD’S anointed.

David said to him,“ Your blood be on your own head! Your own mouth has testified against you, saying‘ I have put the LORD’s anointed to death.’”

David said to him,“ Your blood be on your head; for your mouth has testified against you, saying,‘ I have slain Yahweh’s anointed.’”

And all the people replied,“ His blood shall be on us and on our children!”

And it shall come about that anyone who goes out of the doors of your house outside will have his blood on his own head, and we will be innocent; but anyone who is with you in the house, his blood will be on our head if a hand is laid on him.

But David said to Abishai,“ Do not kill him, for who can reach out with his hand against the Lord’s anointed and remain innocent?”

‘ If there is anyone who curses his father or his mother, he shall certainly be put to death. He has cursed his father or his mother, and has brought his own death upon himself.

So I stood next to him and finished him off, because I knew that he could not live after he had fallen. And I took the crown which was on his head and the band which was on his arm, and I have brought them here to my lord.”

For on the day you leave and cross the brook Kidron, you will know for certain that you will assuredly die; your blood will be on your own head.”

He* said to him,‘ From your own lips I will judge you, you worthless slave. Did you know that I am a demanding man, taking up what I did not lay down, and reaping what I did not sow?

He heard the sound of the horn but did not take warning; his blood will be on himself. But had he taken warning, he would have saved his life.

Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God;

So innocent blood will not be shed in the midst of your land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, and guilt for bloodshed will not be on you.

Your own mouth condemns you, and not I; And your own lips testify against you.

If you have been ensnared by the words of your mouth, Or caught by the words of your mouth,

I certainly will require your lifeblood; from every animal I will require it. And from every person, from every man as his brother I will require the life of a person.Whoever sheds human blood, By man his blood shall be shed, For in the image of God He made mankind.

Afterward, when David heard about this, he said,“ I and my kingdom are innocent before the Lord forever of the blood of Abner the son of Ner.May it turn upon the head of Joab and on all his father’s house; and may there not be eliminated from the house of Joab someone who suffers a discharge, or has leprosy, or holds the spindle, or falls by the sword, or lacks bread.”

If there is a man who sleeps with his father’s wife, he has uncovered his father’s nakedness. Both of them must be put to death, they have brought their own deaths upon themselves.If there is a man who sleeps with his daughter in law, both of them must be put to death. They have committed incest, and have brought their own deaths upon themselves.If there is a man who sleeps with a male as those who sleep with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they must be put to death. They have brought their own deaths upon themselves.

so that the violence done to the seventy sons of Jerubbaal would come, and the responsibility for their blood would be placed on their brother Abimelech, who killed them, and on the leaders of Shechem, who encouraged him to kill his brothers.

‘ Now a man or a woman who is a medium or a spiritist must be put to death. They shall be stoned with stones; they have brought their own deaths upon themselves.’ ”

lends money at interest and takes interest; will he live? He will not live! He has committed all these abominations, he shall certainly be put to death; his blood will be on himself.

The Lord will return his blood on his own head, because he struck two men more righteous and better than he, and killed them with the sword, while my father David did not know about it: Abner the son of Ner, commander of the army of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, commander of the army of Judah.So their blood shall return on the head of Joab and on the head of his descendants forever; but for David and his descendants, and his house and his throne, may there be peace from the Lord forever.”
