說：『主御臨的應許在哪裏呢？從列祖長眠了以來，萬物依然不變，像從創造之初一樣啊。』

“主要降临的应许在哪里呢？因为从列祖睡了以来，万物与起初创造的时候仍是一样。”

说：“他要来临的应许在哪里呢？因为从列祖长眠以来，万物与起初创造的时候仍是一样啊！”

说：“他要来临的应许在哪里呢？因为从列祖长眠以来，万物与起初创造的时候仍是一样啊！”

“主要降临的应许在哪里？从我们的祖先长眠地下直到现在，万物依旧与创世之初一样。”

“他要降临的应许在哪里呢？因为自从列祖睡了以来，万物依然存在，与起初创造的时候一样。”

并且说：“他来临的应许在哪里呢？其实自从祖先睡了以来，一切都继续存留，与创世之初一样。”

並且說：「他來臨的應許在哪裡呢？其實自從祖先睡了以來，一切都繼續存留，與創世之初一樣。」

謂降臨之許安在、自列祖寢時、萬物與初創無異、

造物以來、列祖云亡、萬物如故、主許復臨、則未之見、

所許主復臨之言、應驗安在、自列祖去世去世原文作寢以來、萬物如故、與創造之始無異、

『造物以來、烈祖云亡、萬物如故；臨格之言、而今安在？』

They will say,“ Where is this‘ coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.”

They will say,“ Where is this‘ return’ he promised? Everything goes on in the same way it has since our people of long ago died. In fact, it has continued this way since God first created everything.”

They will say,“ Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation.”

They will say,“ What happened to the promise that Jesus is coming again? From before the times of our ancestors, everything has remained the same since the world was first created.”

saying,“ Where is his‘ coming’ that he promised? Ever since our ancestors fell asleep, all things continue as they have been since the beginning of creation.”

and saying,“ Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue just as they were from the beginning of creation.”

and saying,“ Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.”

and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for, from the day that the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

saying,“ Where is the promise of His coming? Ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they have been since the beginning of creation.”

and saying,“ Where is his promised return? For ever since our ancestors died, all things have continued as they were from the beginning of creation.”

看哪，他們譏笑我說：『永恆主的話在哪裏？讓它來吧！』

你們用你們的話使永恆主厭倦了；你們還說：『我們在甚麼事情上使他厭倦呢？』那就是因為你們說：『凡行壞事的、在永恆主看來都是善，他並且喜愛他們。』或是說：『公義的上帝在哪裏呢？』

壞事的定案不立刻施刑罰，故此人類的心敢於作壞事。

他們否認永恆主，說：「他沒有甚麼；必沒有災禍會臨到我們；刀劍和饑荒、我們也必不會見到。神言人必成了風；主的話並不在他們裏面；他們所遭受的、必是這樣。」』

但那惡奴僕若自己心裏說：「我主人一定會遲延」，

有禍啊，那些以虛謊的繩索牽引着罪罰，像以套車粗繩拉罪之報應的人；那些譏誚着說：『任他迅速些，任他趕快成就他的作為，讓我們看看！任以色列之聖者所計畫的臨近，任它到來，讓我們知道！』

羅得就出來，告訴那將要娶他女兒的女婿們說：『你們起來，逃出這地；因為永恆主要毁滅這城。』但他卻被女婿們看為戲說笑話的。

但那僕人若自己心裏說：「我主人必會遲延而來」，就動手擊打僮僕和使女，並且喫喝醉酒；

必有的事、是曾經有的；必行的事、是曾經行過的：日光之下並無新事。

『人子啊，關於以色列地你們怎麼有這一句俗語說：「日期一延長，一切異象之傳講就都滅沒了」呢？因此你要對他們說：主永恆主這麼說：我必使這一句俗語止息；人在以色列中必不再用它做俗語。」你卻要對他們說：日期是臨近了，一切異象傳講的話就會應驗的。從此在以色列家中必不再有虛謊的異象和奉承的占卜了。但我永恆主必說我所要說的話，那就必得成就。必不再久延，乃趁你們在世的日子，叛逆之家啊，我必說那話而成就它：這是主永恆主發神諭說的。』永恆主的話又傳與我說：『人子啊，你看，以色列家的人說：「他見的異象是關於將來許多日子的，他傳了神言是指着極遠時候的。」

因為那些日子必有苦難；這樣的苦難、從上帝開始創造了創造物、直到如今、還沒有過，將來也一定不會有。

但從創造之初，「上帝造人是有男有女的」；

他們說：「建造房屋的時候還未臨近呢；這城是鍋，我們是肉呢！」

因為當我們主耶穌御臨的時候、在他面前、我們的盼望或喜樂、或所誇耀的華冠、是甚麼呢？不正是你們麼？

『你要寫信給在老底嘉的教會的使者說：『「那『真誠可靠』的、那忠信而真實的捨生作證者、上帝造化之原本的、這麼說：

「屍體在哪裏，兀鷹也必聚在哪裏。」
