主曰、爾當出於其中、而自區別、勿蒙污穢、我則納爾、又載云、全能之主曰、我將為爾父、爾為我子女、至愛者乎、我儕既得如此之應許、則當自潔、除身心之諸污、畏天主以成聖、○

出言矜誇虛誕、以肉體之嗜慾及邪侈之事、誘惑甫脫於妄行之人、以自由許人、而己為罪惡之奴、蓋勝人者、人即為其奴也、彼因識吾主救主耶穌基督、而得脫於世污、後復為世污所擾所服、則其後患較前尤甚、

以慾而種者、必由慾穫敗壞、以神而種者、必由神穫永生、

使爾曹今後不從人慾、而順天主之旨、以度在世所餘之光陰、我從異邦人之意、邪侈、縱慾、放飲、饕餮、沈湎、更行拜偶像可憎之事、往時如是已足矣、
