吾自知棄帷幕不遠、以吾主耶穌基督示我、

因知我幕將速撤、如我主耶穌基督示我者、

且知吾之脫離此宅、即在目前、正如吾主耶穌之所預示也。

because I know that I will soon put it aside, as our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me.

since I know that the putting off of my body will be soon, as our Lord Jesus Christ made clear to me.

For our Lord Jesus Christ has shown me that I must soon leave this earthly life,

knowing that the laying aside of my earthly dwelling is imminent, as also our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me.

knowing that shortly I must put off my tent, just as our Lord Jesus Christ showed me.

knowing that the putting off of my tabernacle cometh swiftly, even as our Lord Jesus Christ signified unto me.

The LORD said to Moses,“ The time of your death is now approaching. Call Joshua and present yourselves at the tent of meeting so that I may commission him.” When Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves at the tent of meeting,

“ I am now going the way of the whole earth, and you know with all your heart and all your soul that none of the good promises the LORD your God made to you has failed. Everything was fulfilled for you; not one promise has failed.

“ And now I know that none of you, among whom I went about preaching the kingdom, will ever see me again.

“ As for me, I am going the way of all of the earth. Be strong and be a man,and keep your obligation to the LORD your God to walk in his ways and to keep his statutes, commands, ordinances, and decrees. This is written in the law of Moses, so that you will have success in everything you do and wherever you turn,
