Indeed, as long as I am in this tabernacle, I consider it right to stir you up by way of a reminder,

我以为应当趁我还在这帐棚的时候提醒你们，激发你们；

我认为趁我还在这帐棚的时候，应该激发你们的记忆，

我认为趁我还在这帐棚的时候，应该激发你们的记忆，

我觉得应当趁着我还在世的时候提醒你们，激励你们，

我认为，只要我还在这帐篷里，就理当用提醒的话来激发你们，

我以為應當趁我還在這帳棚的時候提醒你們，激發你們；

我認為趁我還在這帳棚的時候，應該激發你們的記憶，

我認為趁我還在這帳棚的時候，應該激發你們的記憶，

我覺得應當趁著我還在世的時候提醒你們，激勵你們，

趁著我還在世上（“在世上”原文作“在這帳棚”）的時候，我認為應當提醒你們，使你們常常警醒，

我以為儘我還在這帳幕的時候，以提醒來激發你們、是正當的。

我認為，只要我還在這帳篷裡，就理當用提醒的話來激發你們，

我尚在此幕時、勉爾記憶、宜也、

我生斯世、猶在帷幕之中、使爾憶道、吾以為宜、

蓋我尚在此幕之時、勸勉爾、使爾憶此諸事、我以為宜然也、

蓋吾一日寓此塵宅、即一日有予爾激發之天職；

I think it is right to refresh your memory as long as I live in the tent of this body,

I consider it right, as long as I am in this bodily tent, to wake you up with a reminder,

Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting[ you] in remembrance;

Dear friends, this is already the second letter I have written you, in which I am trying to stir up your pure mind by way of reminder:

since I know that my tabernacle will soon be removed, because our Lord Jesus Christ revealed this to me.

Remember those in prison as though you were in prison with them, and those ill- treated as though you too felt their torment.

Thus we are full of courage and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

For we know that if our earthly house, the tent we live in, is dismantled, we have a building from God, a house not built by human hands, that is eternal in the heavens.For in this earthly house we groan, because we desire to put on our heavenly dwelling,if indeed, after we have put on our heavenly house, we will not be found naked.For we groan while we are in this tent, since we are weighed down, because we do not want to be unclothed, but clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.

Because of this I remind you to rekindle God’s gift that you possess through the laying on of my hands.

So the LORD energized and encouraged Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, the high priest Joshua son of Jehozadak, and the whole remnant of the people. They came and worked on the temple of their God, the LORD who rules over all.

Therefore, I intend to remind you constantly of these things even though you know them and are well established in the truth that you now have.
