When Ahaziah king of Judah saw what had happened, he fled up the road to Beth Haggan. Jehu chased him, shouting,“ Kill him too!” They wounded him in his chariot on the way up to Gur near Ibleam, but he escaped to Megiddo and died there.

Ahaziah, the king of Judah, saw what had happened. So he tried to get away. He went up the road toward Beth Haggan. Jehu chased him. He shouted,“ Kill him too!” Jehu’s men wounded Ahaziah in his chariot. It happened on the way up to Gur near Ibleam. But Ahaziah escaped to Megiddo. And that’s where he died.

When Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled in the direction of Beth-haggan. And Jehu pursued him and said,“ Shoot him also.” And they shot him in the chariot at the ascent of Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo and died there.

When King Ahaziah of Judah saw what was happening, he fled along the road to Beth haggan. Jehu rode after him, shouting,“ Shoot him, too!” So they shot Ahaziah in his chariot at the Ascent of Gur, near Ibleam. He was able to go on as far as Megiddo, but he died there.

瑪拿西人沒有趕走伯·善、他納、多珥、以伯蓮和米吉多眾城邑及周圍村莊的居民，因為這些迦南人執意住在那裡。

「迦南諸王來戰，來到米吉多河邊的他納交戰，卻沒有掠走金銀。

便回到耶斯列療傷。猶大王亞哈謝前去探望。

約西亞執政期間，埃及王尼哥前往幼發拉底河援助亞述王，約西亞出兵迎戰尼哥，在米吉多被殺。他的臣僕用車把他的屍體從米吉多運回耶路撒冷，安葬在他的墓穴裡。民眾膏立他兒子約哈斯做王。

與智者同行必得智慧，與愚人結伴必受虧損。

一天，亞哈對拿伯說：「你的葡萄園靠近我的王宮，你把它讓給我作菜園吧。我可以用更好的葡萄園來跟你交換，如果你願意，我也可以按地價付你錢。」

亞哈謝去見約蘭，遇害身亡，這事出於上帝。原來他到那裡後便與約蘭去攻擊寧示的孫子耶戶。耶戶是耶和華膏立去毀滅亞哈家的人。耶戶討伐亞哈家的時候，遇見猶大眾首領和亞哈謝的眾侄兒，他們都是服侍亞哈謝的，耶戶就把他們全部殺掉。然後耶戶搜捕亞哈謝，民眾找到躲在撒瑪利亞的亞哈謝，把他押到耶戶那裡殺了。他們念他是全心尋求耶和華的約沙法的孫子，就把他埋葬了。這樣，亞哈謝家無人能保住王位。

又說：「所以，你們要從他們中間出來，離開他們，不要沾染污穢之物，我就接納你們。
