Then Jehu drew his bow and shot Joram between the shoulders. The arrow pierced his heart and he slumped down in his chariot.

有一人开弓，并不知情，箭恰巧射入以色列王铠甲的缝里。王对驾车的说：“我受重伤了，你掉过车来，载我离开战场！”

“你们忘记上帝的，要思想这事，免得我把你们撕碎，无人搭救。

他的肚腹正要满足的时候，上帝必将猛烈的愤怒降在他身上；他正在吃饭的时候，上帝要将这愤怒如雨降在他身上。他要躲避铁的武器，铜弓要将他射透。箭一抽，就从他背上出来，发亮的箭头从他胆中出来；有惊惶临到他身上。

罪人虽然作恶百次，倒享长寿；然而我也知道，福乐必临到敬畏上帝的人，就是在他面前心存敬畏的人。恶人却不得福乐，他的日子好像影儿不得长久，因为他不敬畏上帝。

人正说平安稳定的时候，灾祸忽然临到他们，如同阵痛临到怀胎的妇人一样，他们绝逃脱不了。

没有人能以智慧、聪明、谋略抵挡耶和华。
