“ Hitch up my chariot,” Joram ordered. And when it was hitched up, Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah rode out, each in his own chariot, to meet Jehu. They met him at the plot of ground that had belonged to Naboth the Jezreelite.

“ Get my chariot ready,” King Joram ordered. When it was ready, he rode out. Ahaziah, the king of Judah, rode out with him. Each of them was in his own chariot. They both went to meet Jehu. They met him at the piece of land that had belonged to Naboth from Jezreel.

Joram said,“ Make ready.” And they made ready his chariot. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah set out, each in his chariot, and went to meet Jehu, and met him at the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.

“ Quick! Get my chariot ready!” King Joram commanded. Then King Joram of Israel and King Ahaziah of Judah rode out in their chariots to meet Jehu. They met him at the plot of land that had belonged to Naboth of Jezreel.

“ Get the chariot ready!” Joram shouted, and they got it ready. Then King Joram of Israel and King Ahaziah of Judah set out, each in his own chariot, and met Jehu at the plot of land of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Then Joram said,“ Get ready.” And they made his chariot ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out to meet Jehu and found him on the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Then Joram said,“ Make ready.” And his chariot was made ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot; and they went out to meet Jehu, and met him on the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.

And Joram said, Make ready. And they made ready his chariot. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out to meet Jehu, and found him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.

“ Harness!” Joram shouted, and they harnessed his chariot. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah set out, each in his own chariot, and met Jehu at the plot of land of Naboth the Jezreelite.

And Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Jehoram ordered,“ Hitch up my chariot.” When his chariot had been hitched up, King Jehoram of Israel and King Ahaziah of Judah went out in their respective chariots to meet Jehu. They met up with him in the plot of land that had once belonged to Naboth of Jezreel.

Joram said,“ Get ready!” They got his chariot ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out to meet Jehu, and found him on Naboth the Jezreelite’s land.

這些事以後，又有一事。耶斯列人拿伯在耶斯列有一個葡萄園，靠近撒瑪利亞，亞哈王的宮。亞哈對拿伯說：「把你的葡萄園給我作菜園，因為它靠近我的宮，我就把更好的葡萄園換給你。你若要銀子，我就按着價錢給你。」拿伯對亞哈說：「耶和華不准我把我祖先留下的產業給你。」亞哈因耶斯列人拿伯說「我不把我祖先留下的產業給你」，就生氣，憂悶地回宮，躺在床上，臉轉向內，也不吃飯。耶洗別王后來對他說：「你為甚麼心裏這樣生氣，不吃飯呢？」他對王后說：「我向耶斯列人拿伯說：『把你的葡萄園按價錢賣給我，或是你願意，我可以把別的葡萄園換給你。』他卻說：『我不把我的葡萄園給你。』」耶洗別王后對王說：「你現在是不是治理以色列國呢？只管起來，心裏暢暢快快地吃飯，我會把耶斯列人拿伯的葡萄園給你。」

亞哈謝去見約蘭而遇害，這是出乎神；因為他一到就同約蘭出去攻擊寧示的孫子耶戶；這耶戶是耶和華所膏，使他剪除亞哈家的。

亞哈說：「藉着誰呢？」他說：「耶和華如此說：『藉着跟從省長的年輕人。』」亞哈說：「誰要開戰呢？」他說：「你！」

拉吉的居民哪，要用快馬套車；錫安的罪由你而起，以色列的罪過在你那裏顯出。

耶戶對他的軍官畢甲說：「把他拋在耶斯列人拿伯的田裏。你當記得，你我一同駕車跟隨他父親亞哈的時候，耶和華對亞哈說了預言，耶和華說：『我昨日看見拿伯的血和他眾子的血，我發誓我必在這塊田上報應你。』這是耶和華說的。現在你要照着耶和華的話，把他拋在這田裏。」

摩西從加低斯差遣使者到以東王那裏，說：「你的弟兄以色列這樣說：『你知道我們所遭遇的一切困難。

耶洗別聽見拿伯被石頭打死，就對亞哈說：「你起來，去取得耶斯列人拿伯不肯出價賣給你的葡萄園吧！因為拿伯不在了，他已經死了。」亞哈聽見拿伯死了，就起來，下去要取得耶斯列人拿伯的葡萄園。耶和華的話臨到提斯比人以利亞，說：「你起來，去見在撒瑪利亞的以色列王亞哈。看哪，他下去要取得拿伯的葡萄園，他正在那園裏。你要對他說：『耶和華如此說：你殺了人，還要取得他的產業嗎？』又要對他說：『耶和華如此說：狗在何處舔拿伯的血，狗也必在何處舔你的血。』」
