主对我如此说：“去，部署一个守望者，让他报告所看见的一切；当他一看见骈马的战车、骑驴子的、骑骆驼的，就要特别留心，多多注意。”后来，守望者呼喊：“主啊，我白天一直站在守望楼，每夜立在我的哨所，看哪，驾骈马战车的军兵来了！”有人应声说：“倾倒了！巴比伦倾倒了！巴比伦神明的一切雕像都被打碎在地了！”

你们无论进哪一家，首先要说‘愿这一家平安。’如果那里有平安之子，你们的平安就会临到他；否则，那平安就归回你们。

耶路撒冷啊！我在你城墙上指派了守望的，他们整日整夜一直不静默。记念耶和华的啊！你们不要静息，

所以我今天向你们见证：对于任何人的灭亡，我都是清白的！因为神的整个计划，我没有一样因畏缩而不传讲给你们。你们当为自己谨慎，也当为全体羊群谨慎。圣灵把你们放在这羊群里做监督，为要牧养神的教会，就是他用自己的血所赎来的。我知道在我离开以后，凶恶的豺狼将进入你们中间，不会顾惜羊群。你们自己当中也会有人起来，讲说一些歪曲的道理，要拉拢门徒跟随他们。所以你们要警醒，记住这三年来，我日夜不住地流着泪水劝诫你们每一个人。
