Elisha told him,“ Go say to him,‘ You are sure to recover.’ But the Lord has shown me that he is sure to die.”

以利沙对哈薛说：“你回去告诉他说，这病必能好；但耶和华指示我，他必要死。”

以利沙对哈薛说：“你回去告诉他说：‘你一定会好。’但耶和华指示我，他必定会死。”

以利沙对哈薛说：“你回去告诉他说：‘你一定会好。’但耶和华指示我，他必定会死。”

以利沙对哈薛说：“你去告诉他，他一定会痊愈。不过，耶和华告诉我他会死。”

以利沙对他说：“你去告诉他说：‘你一定会痊愈的’，但耶和华指示我，他一定要死。”

以利沙對哈薛說：「你回去告訴他說，這病必能好；但耶和華指示我，他必要死。」

以利沙對他說：“你去告訴他說：‘你一定會痊愈的’，但耶和華指示我，他一定要死。”

以利沙對哈薛說：『你去對他說：「你一定活得了」；但是永恆主指示我他還是一定死的。』

以利沙曰、汝往告之曰、爾必愈、然耶和華曾示我彼必死、

以利沙曰、爾往告於王、此疾不致殞命。雖然、耶和華曾示我、王必薨。

以利沙謂之曰、爾往告王曰、爾病能愈、雖然、主曾示我、彼必死、

Elisha answered,“ Go and say to him,‘ You will certainly recover.’ Nevertheless, the Lord has revealed to me that he will in fact die.”

Elisha answered,“ Go and tell him,‘ Yes. You will get well again.’ But the Lord has shown me that he will in fact die.”

And Elisha said to him,“ Go, say to him,‘ You shall certainly recover,’ but the Lord has shown me that he shall certainly die.”

And Elisha replied,“ Go and tell him,‘ You will surely recover.’ But actually the Lord has shown me that he will surely die!”

Elisha told him,“ Go say to him,‘ You are sure to recover.’ But the LORD has shown me that he is sure to die.”

Then Elisha said to him,“ Go, say to him,‘ You will certainly recover’; but the Lord has shown me that he will certainly die.”

And Elisha said to him,“ Go, say to him,‘ You shall certainly recover.’ However the Lord has shown me that he will really die.”

And Elisha said unto him, Go, say unto him, Thou shalt surely recover; howbeit Jehovah hath showed me that he shall surely die.

And Elisha said unto him, Go, say unto him, Thou mayest certainly recover: howbeit the LORD hath shewed me that he shall surely die.

Elisha said to him,“ Go and tell him,‘ You will surely recover,’ but the LORD has revealed to me that he will surely die.”

Elisha said to him,“ Go, tell him,‘ You will surely recover;’ however Yahweh has shown me that he will surely die.”

Then Elijah said to King Ahaziah,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron— is it because there is no God in Israel for you to inquire of His will?— you will not get up from your sickbed; you will certainly die.’”

So Pharaoh said to Joseph,“ Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one as intelligent and wise as you are.

He showed me this: The Lord was standing there by a vertical wall with a plumb line in His hand.

The Lord God showed me this: The Lord God was calling for a judgment by fire. It consumed the great deep and devoured the land.

Then he showed me the river of living water, sparkling like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb

I spoke to the exiles about all the things the Lord had shown me.

But if you refuse to surrender, this is the verdict that the Lord has shown me:

Then the Lord showed me four craftsmen.

and lends at interest or for profit, will he live? He will not live! Since he has committed all these detestable acts, he will certainly die. His blood will be on him.

The Lord God showed me this: He was forming a swarm of locusts at the time the spring crop first began to sprout— after the cutting of the king’s hay.

but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for on the day you eat from it, you will certainly die.”

The Lord God showed me this: A basket of summer fruit.

Therefore, this is what the Lord says:‘ You will not get up from your sickbed— you will certainly die.’” Then Elijah left.

So he went to the king, and the king asked him,“ Micaiah, should we go to Ramoth-gilead for war, or should we refrain?” Micaiah told him,“ March up and succeed. Yahweh will hand it over to the king.”

Hazael said,“ How could your servant, a mere dog, do this monstrous thing?” Elisha answered,“ The Lord has shown me that you will be king over Aram.”Hazael left Elisha and went to his master, who asked him,“ What did Elisha say to you?” He responded,“ He told me you are sure to recover.”The next day Hazael took a heavy cloth, dipped it in water, and spread it over the king’s face. Ben-hadad died, and Hazael reigned instead of him.

Indeed, the Lord God does nothing without revealing His counsel to His servants the prophets.
