But the prophet sent this message to the king of Israel,“ Make sure you don’t pass through this place because Syria is invading there.”

The man of God sent word to the king of Israel:“ Beware of passing that place, because the Arameans are going down there.”

Elisha, the man of God, sent a message to the king of Israel. Elisha said,“ Try to stay away from that place. Aram’s army is going to be down there.”

But the man of God sent word to the king of Israel,“ Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are going down there.”

But immediately Elisha, the man of God, would warn the king of Israel,“ Do not go near that place, for the Arameans are planning to mobilize their troops there.”

But the man of God sent word to the king of Israel:“ Be careful passing by this place, for the Arameans are going down there.”

But the man of God sent word to the king of Israel, saying,“ Be careful that you do not pass this place, because the Arameans are coming down there.”

And the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying,“ Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there.”

And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are coming down.

But the man of God sent word to the king of Israel:“ Be careful passing by this place, for the Arameans are going down there.”

And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down.

The man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying,“ Beware that you not pass this place; for the Syrians are coming down there.”

The prophet visited the king of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Because the Syrians said,“ The LORD is a god of the mountains and not a god of the valleys,” I will hand over to you this entire huge army. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must happen very soon. He made it clear by sending his angel to his servant John,

for this is what the LORD says,‘ You will not feel any wind or see any rain, but this valley will be full of water and you and your cattle and animals will drink.’This is an easy task for the LORD; he will also hand Moab over to you.You will defeat every fortified city and every important city. You must chop down every productive tree, stop up all the springs, and cover all the cultivated land with stones.”

One of his advisers said,“ No, my master, O king. The prophet Elisha who lives in Israel keeps telling the king of Israel the things you say in your bedroom.”

Certainly the sovereign LORD does nothing without first revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.

Now a prophet visited King Ahab of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says,‘ Do you see this huge army? Look, I am going to hand it over to you this very day. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

But when she reached the prophet on the mountain, she grabbed hold of his feet. Gehazi came near to push her away, but the prophet said,“ Leave her alone, for she is very upset. The LORD has kept the matter hidden from me; he didn’t tell me about it.”
