一位臣仆说：“我主我王啊，没有人泄露。是以色列的先知以利沙将王在寝宫所谈的事告诉了以色列王。”

他的一位臣仆说：“我主我王啊！不是的；只不过是以色列的以利沙先知，把你在你卧室内所说的话，告知了以色列王。”

臣僕中有一個人說：『我主我王，沒有的事，只有以色列中的神言人以利沙、他將王在臥房中所說的話告訴以色列王罷了。』

一臣曰、我主我王歟、非也、乃以色列之先知以利沙、以王在寢室所言者、告以色列王、

一臣曰、我主我王、無人助之、乃以色列族之先知、以利沙以王在寢室所言之事、悉告其主。

“ None of us, my lord the king,” said one of his officers,“ but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the very words you speak in your bedroom.”

“ You are my king and master,” said one of his officers.“ None of us is on Israel’s side. But Elisha is a prophet in Israel. He tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in your own bedroom.”

And one of his servants said,“ None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

“ It’s not us, my lord the king,” one of the officers replied.“ Elisha, the prophet in Israel, tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in the privacy of your bedroom!”

One of his servants said,“ No one, my lord the king. Elisha, the prophet in Israel, tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in your bedroom.”

One of his servants said,“ No, my lord, the king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

And one of his servants said,“ None, my Lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

And one of his servants said, Nay, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

One of his servants said,“ No one, my lord the king. Elisha, the prophet in Israel, tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in your bedroom.”

And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that[ is] in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

One of his advisers said,“ No, my master, O king. The prophet Elisha who lives in Israel keeps telling the king of Israel the things you say in your bedroom.”

One of his servants said,“ No, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

只有那在天上的上帝能显明奥秘。他已把日后将要发生的事指示尼布甲尼撒王。你在床上做的梦和你脑中的异象是这样：你，王啊，你在床上所思想的是关乎日后的事，那显明奥秘的主已把将来要发生的事指示你。至于我，那奥秘显明给我，并非因我智慧胜过一切活着的人，而是为了让王知道梦的解释，知道你心里的意念。

主耶和华不会做任何事情，除非先将奥秘指示他的仆人众先知。

神人以利沙听见以色列王撕裂衣服，就派人到王那里，说：“你为什么撕裂衣服呢？让那人到我这里来，他会知道以色列中有先知。”

‘术士的领袖伯提沙撒啊，我知道你里头有神圣神明的灵，什么奥秘都不能为难你。现在你要把我梦中所见的异象和梦的解释告诉我。’“我在床上脑中的异象是这样：我观看，看哪，大地中间有一棵树，极其高大。那树渐长，而且茁壮，高得顶天，从地极都能看见，叶子华美，果子甚多，可作所有动物的食物；野地的走兽卧在荫下，天空的飞鸟宿在枝上，凡有血肉的都从这树得食物。“我观看，我在床上脑中的异象是这样，看哪，有守望者，就是神圣的一位，从天而降，大声呼叫说：‘砍倒这树！砍下枝子！拔掉叶子！抛散果子！使走兽逃离树下，飞鸟躲开树枝。树的残干却要留在地里，在田野的青草中用铁圈和铜圈套住。任他让天上的露水滴湿，和地上的走兽一同吃草，使他的心改变，不再是人的心，而给他一个兽心，使他经过七个时期。这是众守望者所发的命令，是众圣者所作的决定，好叫世人知道至高者在人的国中掌权，要将国赐给谁就赐给谁，并且立极卑微的人执掌国权。’“这是我—尼布甲尼撒王所做的梦。伯提沙撒啊，你要说明这梦的解释；我国中所有的智慧人都不能把梦的解释告诉我，惟独你能，因你里头有神圣神明的灵。”

不可诅咒君王，连起意也不可，在卧室里也不可诅咒富人；因为空中的飞鸟必传扬这声音，有翅膀的必述说这事。

我是靠近你们的上帝，不是遥远的上帝，不是吗？这是耶和华说的。人岂能在隐密处藏身，使我看不见他呢？这是耶和华说的。我岂不遍满天和地吗？这是耶和华说的。

神人派人到以色列王那里，说：“你要小心，不要从某处经过，因为亚兰人下到那里去了。”以色列王派人到神人告诉他的地方去。神人警告他，他就在那里有所防备，不止一两次。

祸哉！那些向耶和华深藏谋略的，他们在暗中行事，说：“有谁看见我们呢？谁会注意我们呢？”

她对女主人说：“我希望主人去见撒玛利亚的先知，他必能治好主人的麻风。”

王对但以理说：“你既能讲明这奥秘，你们的上帝诚然是万神之神、万王之主，是奥秘的启示者。”

他显明深奥隐秘的事，洞悉幽暗中的一切，光明也与他同住。我列祖的上帝啊，我感谢你，赞美你，因你将智慧才能赐给我，我们所求问的现在你已指明给我，把王的事给我们指明。”

耶和华啊，你已经鉴察我，认识我。我坐下，我起来，你都晓得；你从远处知道我的意念。我行路，我躺卧，你都细察；你也深知我一切所行的。耶和华啊，我舌头上的话，你没有一句不知道的。

他的仆人近前来，对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你岂不做吗？何况是吩咐你去沐浴，得洁净呢？”于是乃缦下去，照着神人的话，在约旦河里浸了七次。他的肉复原，好像小孩的肉，他就洁净了。乃缦带着所有跟随他的人，回到神人那里，站在他面前，说：“看哪，我知道，除了以色列，全地没有上帝。现在请你收下仆人的礼物。”
