So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean like that of a young boy.

So Naaman went down to the Jordan River. He dipped himself in it seven times. He did exactly what the man of God had told him to do. Then his skin was made pure again. It became“ clean” like the skin of a young boy.

他帶我回到殿門，看哪，有水從殿的門檻下面往東流出，因為這殿是朝東的。水從殿的側面，就是右邊，從祭壇的南邊往下流。他帶我出北門，又領我從外邊轉到朝東的外門，看哪，水從右邊流出。他手拿繩子往東出去，量了一千肘，使我涉水而過，水到腳踝。他又量了一千，使我涉水而過，水就到膝；再量了一千，使我過去，水就到腰；又量了一千，水已成河，無法過去；因為水勢高漲成河，只能游泳，無法走過。他對我說：「人子啊，你看見了嗎？」他帶我回到河邊。我回到河邊時，看哪，河這邊與那邊的岸上有極多的樹木。他對我說：「這水往東方流，下到亞拉巴，直到海。所流出來的水，一入海就使水變淡。這兩條河所到之處，凡滋生的動物都必存活；這水流到那裏，使那裏的水變淡，因此裏面有極多的魚。這河水所到之處，百物都必存活。

「在那日，因罪惡與污穢的緣故，必有一泉源為大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民而開。」

他母親對用人說：「他告訴你們甚麼，你們就做吧。」

「我的僕婢與我爭辯，我若藐視不聽他們的冤情，

他為我們的緣故捨己，為了要贖我們脫離一切罪惡，又潔淨我們作他自己的子民，熱心為善。

一句話說得合宜，就如金蘋果在銀網子裏。智慧人的勸戒在順從的人耳中，好像金環和金首飾。

因着信，挪亞既蒙上帝指示他未見的事，動了敬畏的心，造了方舟，使他全家得救。藉此他定了那世代的罪，自己也承受了那從信而來的義。因着信，亞伯拉罕蒙召的時候就遵命出去，往將來要承受為基業的地方去；他出去的時候還不知往哪裏去。

清晨，眾人早起往提哥亞的曠野去。出去的時候，約沙法站着說：「猶大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪，要聽我說：信靠耶和華－你們的上帝就必站立得穩；信賴他的先知就必亨通。」

教導智慧人，他就越有智慧，指示義人，他就增長學問。
