So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean like that of a young boy.

So Naaman went down to the Jordan River. He dipped himself in it seven times. He did exactly what the man of God had told him to do. Then his skin was made pure again. It became“ clean” like the skin of a young boy.

耶穌伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」大痲瘋立刻就離了他的身。

那日，必有活水從耶路撒冷出來，一半往東海流，一半往西海流；冬夏都是如此。

他帶我回到殿門，見殿的門檻下有水往東流出（原來殿面朝東）。這水從檻下，由殿的右邊，在祭壇的南邊往下流。他帶我出北門，又領我從外邊轉到朝東的外門，見水從右邊流出。他手拿準繩往東出去的時候，量了一千肘，使我蹚過水，水到踝子骨。他又量了一千肘，使我蹚過水，水就到膝；再量了一千肘，使我蹚過水，水便到腰；又量了一千肘，水便成了河，使我不能蹚過。因為水勢漲起，成為可洑的水，不可蹚的河。他對我說：「人子啊，你看見了甚麼？」他就帶我回到河邊。我回到河邊的時候，見在河這邊與那邊的岸上有極多的樹木。他對我說：「這水往東方流去，必下到亞拉巴，直到海。所發出來的水必流入鹽海，使水變甜。這河水所到之處，凡滋生的動物都必生活，並且因這流來的水必有極多的魚，海水也變甜了。這河水所到之處，百物都必生活。

「那日，必給大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民開一個泉源，洗除罪惡與污穢。」

他母親對用人說：「他告訴你們甚麼，你們就做甚麼。」

我的僕婢與我爭辯的時候，我若藐視不聽他們的情節；

他為我們捨了自己，要贖我們脫離一切罪惡，又潔淨我們，特作自己的子民，熱心為善。

一句話說得合宜，就如金蘋果在銀網子裏。智慧人的勸戒，在順從的人耳中，好像金耳環和精金的妝飾。

挪亞因着信，既蒙神指示他未見的事，動了敬畏的心，預備了一隻方舟，使他全家得救。因此就定了那世代的罪，自己也承受了那從信而來的義。亞伯拉罕因着信，蒙召的時候就遵命出去，往將來要得為業的地方去；出去的時候，還不知往哪裏去。

次日清早，眾人起來往提哥亞的曠野去。出去的時候，約沙法站着說：「猶大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪，要聽我說：信耶和華－你們的神就必立穩；信他的先知就必亨通。」

教導智慧人，他就越發有智慧；指示義人，他就增長學問。
