Elisha sent a messenger to say to him,“ Go, wash yourself seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored and you will be cleansed.”

他要向那從痲瘋病中得潔淨的人身上彈血七次，宣佈他為潔淨，然後把那活鳥在野地裏放走。

耶穌卻一言不答。門徒進前來，求他說：「這婦人在我們後頭喊叫，請打發她走吧。」耶穌回答：「我奉差遣只到以色列家迷失的羊那裏去。」那婦人來拜他，說：「主啊，幫幫我！」他回答：「拿孩子的餅丟給小狗吃是不妥的。」

七個祭司要拿七個羊角走在約櫃前。到了第七日，你們要圍繞這城七次，祭司也要吹角。

於是乃縵下去，照着神人的話，在約旦河裏浸了七次。他的肉復原，好像小孩的肉，他就潔淨了。

從前你們中間也有人是這樣；但現在你們奉主耶穌基督的名，並藉着我們上帝的靈，已經洗淨，已經成聖，已經稱義了。

他也要用手指把血彈在壇上七次，使壇從以色列人的不潔淨中得以潔淨，成為聖。」

以利亞撒祭司要用指頭蘸這牛的血，向會幕前面彈七次。

他出去到了水源，把鹽倒在那裏，說：「耶和華如此說：『我治好了這水，從那裏不會再有死亡和不生產的事了。』」

祭司要用右手指蘸在他左手掌的油裏，在耶和華面前用手指彈七次。

他要取一些公牛的血，用手指彈在櫃蓋的前面，就是東面，又在櫃蓋的前面用手指彈血七次。

他就說：「耶和華如此說：『你們要在這谷中到處挖溝。』

那潔淨的人要在第三天和第七天把水彈在不潔淨的人身上，在第七天潔淨那人。那人要洗衣服，用水洗澡，到晚上就潔淨了。

以利沙說：「拿點麵來。」他把麵撒在鍋中，說：「倒出來，給大家吃吧！」鍋中就沒有毒了。

他要把香柏木、牛膝草、朱紅色紗和那一隻活鳥，都蘸在被宰的鳥血和清水中，用來彈屋子七次。

七個祭司拿七個羊角，走在耶和華的約櫃前，他們吹着角；帶兵器的走在他們前面，後隊跟着耶和華的約櫃走，號角繼續在吹。第二日，他們再把城圍繞一次，就回營裏去。六日都是這樣做。第七日清早黎明時，他們起來，以同樣的方式圍繞城七次；惟獨這一日他們圍繞城七次。到了第七次，祭司吹角的時候，約書亞對百姓說：「呼喊吧，因為耶和華已經把城交給你們了！

耶和華又對他說：「把手放進懷裏。」他就把手放進懷裏。當他把手抽出來，看哪，手竟然長了痲瘋，像雪一樣白。耶和華說：「把手放回懷裏－他就把手放回懷裏。當他把手從懷裏再抽出來，看哪，手復原了，與全身的肉一樣－
